Roberto and his staff are truly special, from their welcome to the traditional cuisine. Fantastic New Year's Eve dinner!

The place is beautiful, with a fabulous view, excellent service, and delicious food. My only advice is to avoid driving up to the top in large vehicles, such as SUVs. The road is very narrow and two-way, and in some cases there are no safety barriers. However, with great caution, you can reach the top, and the rewards will be well rewarded at 1,200 meters. The beauty of the place and the view will leave you breathless.

Braised beef and polenta cooked and served in a different way than I've always been used to. 3 stars only because they were tasteless.

What a wonderful lunch at the Rifugio Vetta Monte Bisbino! If you like good food and breathtaking views, this is the place for you. I feasted like a king on a platter of cured meats and cheeses that were a true delight: incredibly fresh and full of the taste of the mountains. Add to that the super welcoming atmosphere and the staff who make you feel at home, and you'll understand why the experience was top-notch. And let's face it, lunch with such a breathtaking view makes you forget all your worries. In short, go there quickly! You won't regret it.

The view is splendid and the peace and quiet is priceless. There's also a large lawn where you can relax before or after lunch. Excellent quality, great portions, and great prices. What more could you ask for?
