Excellent food....be careful to bring me foods that do not contain peppers to which I am allergic.....courteous and professional staff.....top pizza in the evening.....fair price.....highly recommended

Fantastic experience, unique and enchanting place, immaculately clean and with extremely kind staff. Authentic and uniquely flavorful food, carefully prepared. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful. We will always return.

A restaurant in the heart of Pollino National Park, nestled in the woods (Bosco Magnano). We had pizza and it was delicious. The place was very welcoming and the service was top-notch.

A beautiful restaurant nestled in the greenery of a forest. The scenery is stunning, the food is quite good. The tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms were good, but the mushrooms were sparse. The antipasto was good but nothing special, and the cured meats were standard fare.

We had seen the location on Google Maps, liked the photos, and decided to book. A perfect choice! Excellent food quality, perfect flavors, impeccable presentation and service. The staff were courteous and friendly. What more could you ask for? Keep up the good work.

I always love returning to this restaurant, which smells like a mountain refuge, with large windows overlooking the Magnano forest, a roaring fireplace, and wood-patterned walls. High-quality food and friendly, helpful staff. Thank you.

23/02/2026: My partner and I, a chef and a gourmet, were visiting the village and stopped for lunch at this little restaurant in the historic center. At the suggestion of Stefano, the restaurant manager, we chose the daily menu, and had the pleasure of sampling authentic, down-to-earth, no-frills cuisine, yet beautifully presented, with the wonderful flavor of local ingredients. They produced their own cured meats and cheeses, a variety of fresh pasta made with local grains, including Senatore Cappelli, fantastic desserts, and much more, all at an excellent value. We'll definitely be back!
22/02/2026: Sunday in February, the only restaurant open in Pietrapertosa. Luckily, we found the last free table. A €25 menu with a typical Lucanian appetizer, two first courses, and dessert. Exceptional dishes, local cured meats and cheeses, and homemade pasta. Friendly service. Best dish: a first course with crusco peppers, walnuts, and toasted bread, and a magnificent homemade pasta dish. Recommended.
