A wonderful discovery in the heart of Bosco Magnano! 🌿 Rist'Oro Pollino is nestled in a truly evocative location, surrounded by nature. We started with platters of local cured meats and cheeses, rich in flavor and beautifully presented. Among the first courses, the raskatielli with sausage and porcini mushrooms stands out, a truly delicious and flavorful traditional dish. The meat selection is wide and of excellent quality, perfect for those who love authentic traditional flavors. Friendly service, a welcoming atmosphere, and excellent value. Highly recommended for those looking for a genuine experience in the Pollino National Park!

I discovered this amazing little restaurant thanks to some friends who took me there, and I always return whenever I can. From the location nestled in the greenery of the forest to the very courteous, prompt, and unpretentious service; from the excellent quality of the food to the excellent value, it's a place of joy that I would recommend to anyone.

In occasione del primo maggio abbiamo organizzato una giornata nel parco nazionale del pollino e per pranzare abbiamo scelto il rist'oro prenotando con qualche giorno di anticipo; bella la location immersa nel verde, il pranzo era organizzato a menù fisso come foto allegata. E' stato tutto graditissimo, nella norma i formaggi e i latticini serviti nell'antipasto. Gentilissimo il personale. Il menù è costato € 40 a persona.
