29/02/2024: We were in Pienza and we saw on the menus outside that they had tastings of Pecorino from Pienza, both fresh and aged. We went to visit the town and then returned to do a tasting of both. Despite it being between service hours, it was time for snack, not dinner, they treated us very kindly without any problem. While we were there we tried an assortment of sausages as well. Both the sausages and the cheese were very good, the portions were generous. The wine was a little expensive, both in the glass and in the bottle, for being a wine area, they were a little expensive, but of course to combine with the products they offer is what it takes, a quality wine a little higher than what they offer. you find yourself in other places.
