The place is pleasant enough and the food is quite good. The second courses are much better than the first courses, which I honestly don't recommend. But the service... my friends... distracted, inaccurate, and terribly slow. The very young and courteous waiters will surely improve, but for now, they're just not there.

Raffaella, Gianluca, Manuel and Christian are artists of good taste, excellent chefs and champions of hospitality. Must try! We returned after several years and noticed a great improvement in the dishes and quality of the raw materials. The restaurant was created from an ancient thermal facility that has undergone a complete renovation, inside the rooms are very well-kept and the environment is very welcoming, unique elements preserved from the ancient thermal baths that will make you feel wrapped in a historical context. The menu has interesting offers and the prices are in line with the quality of the raw materials, furthermore the dishes are delicious and well-kept. The staff is attentive and friendly, the waiting times are short. Congratulations for the dedication you put into your work

28/09/2025: I really liked the hotel. The ground floor has large windows overlooking a park. The room was spacious, and the bed was king-size and very comfortable. There are two things that could be improved: the pillows and the breakfast. Otherwise, it's also in a very convenient location!
25/09/2025: The Hotel dei Duchi in Spoleto is an architectural structure by the rationalist architect Nicolosi, offering views and glass spaces overlooking the landscape, Roman ruins, and part of the Archaeological Museum. The rooms are renovated and equipped with basic but well-appointed amenities. Sleeping is very comfortable, with mattresses, toppers, and pillows of varying densities. The breakfast is very extensive, with pastries and the essentials for a savory breakfast. Friendly and efficient staff are available for car parking (reservation required).

12/09/2025: I can't describe the culinary experience I had at this retro gem, the undisputed kingdom of His Majesty the Umbrian truffle! The platter of traditional local cured meats and cheeses was a true triumph of the wisdom of Umbrian master charcuterie makers. The paccheri with eggplant sauce brought back memories of the simple flavors of my mother's cooking (she made them often, and it was always a treat for me to eat them). The guinea fowl breast stuffed with potatoes was warm and fragrant, while the millefeuille with Chantilly cream and berries concluded with a flourish, a blend reminiscent of autumn. And what can I say about the kindness, spontaneity, and warmth of Mrs. Rafaella and her husband? They simply make you feel at home. I will gladly return here as soon as I'm in the area again!
09/08/2025: Wonderful truffle based dinner. Great service. Very good pasta and an outstanding local wine list
