Restaurant review: We had dinner here, in this private room upstairs. I have to say, it was very nice and perfect, considering we're quite chaotic people. I've eaten at this restaurant before, and I have to say, it never disappoints. Excellent service and food. Friendly staff! Fair price! I'll be back again. I've already recommended it to people I know! It deserves a mention!

I already knew this place from previous experiences with the previous owners. The business changed hands, and curiosity led me to try the cuisine of the new, young owners. Previous experiences had been completely satisfactory, so expectations were high. At this point, I risk sounding exaggerated in my overall rating, because the enthusiasm and professionalism of these young people captivated me. Naima, the woman who waits the tables, is lively, attentive, a lover of her homeland, Puglia, and incredibly sweet. Her name is challenging, but it perfectly captures it. The place is lively, pleasant, and at times intimate, with a terrace overlooking the most iconic representation of Tuscany: a succession of hills and delightful villages. Last but not least, but not least, the kitchen. Partly open, it hides nothing of the chef's magic. Traditional dishes enhanced with sophistication, using carefully selected ingredients, often picked from the garden downstairs. I won't even mention the olive oil; Arriving in town, you can't help but notice the splendid olive groves that produce a product of enviable quality. As for wines, the selection is vast, both for taste and... for your wallet. In conclusion, worth trying again and again. See you soon, guys.

We stayed for one night. We had the four-poster room. Simply wonderful! Impeccable cleanliness, but above all, the kindness of the staff. The dinner was a wonderful surprise. We hope to return soon! Keep up the good work!

The cuisine is a harmonious fusion of Puglia and Tuscany, yet reinterpreted with refined techniques and a creativity that reveals all the passion of the three young chefs, two from Puglia and one from Pontedera. From the tender ribs enhanced with homemade sauces, to the pork with tuna sauce (never tasted so good!), to the potatoes, made crispy and fragrant by a three-step process: each dish tells a story of care, talent, and love for the raw ingredients. And then the desserts... small masterpieces that round out the meal with grace and imagination. All served in an elegant yet welcoming setting, where kindness, professionalism, and authenticity reign supreme. I stayed here on a business trip and found it to be a wonderful location, nestled in a small and intimate Tuscan village, just a few kilometers from the highway. Pietro, Naima, and Pierpaolo are the three young hosts who welcomed us and also cooked us a delicious dinner. Clean rooms, incredible views, equally delicious food, and a kind and helpful welcome. I'll be back.
