I stayed here for work and it was a pleasant discovery. The receptionist, who also works in the restaurant, is disarmingly kind, super helpful, and always smiling. The restaurant is truly top-notch, with a breathtaking view and truly refined dishes. Highly recommended.

A very pleasant surprise. This "village" restaurant starts from solid foundations. First and foremost, courtesy in booking; warm welcome; clear presentation of dishes; attention to guests' needs. Regarding the purely culinary aspect, the solid foundations are evident in the excellently made fresh pasta, tasty bread, excellently executed sauces and spreads, and the use of exquisite olive oil. The plus, in my humble opinion, comes from the idea of ​​a cuisine that emphasizes "humble" ingredients, such as sinew, tongue, tripe, and so on, in a region that has become accustomed to offering mainly tagliata, Florentine steaks, and "noble" cuts. The Tuscan-Apulian influences with hints of Lucania/Calabria (see peperone crusco) are absolutely successful. Flavors that can be appreciated from appetizers to dessert (we didn't order main courses, but we'll definitely do so next time). The location is truly unique, with a beautiful view of the Tuscan hills, but the structure certainly requires a significant effort to maintain, given its multiple levels. We stayed at Le 3 Rane on a Saturday evening for dinner and an overnight stay. A very nice location with excellent, very comfortable rooms. The dinner was incredible, with dishes made with simple ingredients but perfectly presented, and the service was attentive, punctual, and always smiling. The three guys know how to make you feel at home and always welcome, creating an atmosphere that's hard to put into words. A must if you're in the area!

We stayed overnight and had dinner at Le 3 Rane for two and had a truly wonderful time. The dinner was spectacular, with dishes carefully planned and beautifully described by Naima. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the team is highly knowledgeable and always available to answer any questions. The restaurant also has a beautiful terrace with an incredible view. The entire building and rooms are simply yet elegantly furnished. We will definitely be back!

è piacevole trovare questi ristoranti che offrono un di più del semplice mangiare. e per questo d'ho il massimo voto che difficilmente elargisco. location piccola e in un borgo carino. terrazzo con vista magnifica. servizio semplice e ordinato, come piace a me, senza invadenza ma efficiente ed attento. piatti al di sopra della media in modo particolare la pasta, oltre che fresca cotta alla perfezione, al dente. tra antipasti e secondi segnalo lo spiedino e le costine. buon livello anche i dolci. bene la carta dei vini, non tanti ma scelti e soprattutto la disponibilità di offrire anche i bicchieri (non tutti possono bere una bottiglia specie se guidano). ci ritorneremo quando saremo in zona, e complimenti per questo abbinamento toscana/puglia.

Esta es sin duda la mejor comida que he comido en la Toscana. Pasta casera fresca, un chef que sabe usar flores silvestres, y plantas. Grandes sabores y texturas. Simplemente delicioso y bien vale la pena una visita. El personal es amable y profesional. Todos estaban muy contentos e hicieron de nuestra comida una alegría para comer. Muchas gracias a todos.
