What a nice place ! And the service was perfect. We had visited Massa a few times on previous trips to Tuscany but this was the first time we managed to eat at The Cat and The Fox. We were very fortunate to get a table with only a last minute reservation. Beautiful location. Due to the rain the patio was closed. The friendly owner helped us select a local organic wine. We had delicious Tuscan cuisine. Even though the place was busy, they never neglected us or any of their guests. We will definitely return on our next trip to Massa Marittima.

Unfortunately, an hour passed between sitting down and being served, and we had a reservation. The waitress who served us was very kind and tried to resolve what I hope was a one-off situation. The food was average; we expected more.

I went during the Ferragosto holiday week with a group of friends. We were absolutely delighted! The place was incredibly welcoming, the staff were courteous and friendly, and the manager was very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent and the price/quality ratio was excellent. We had a wide variety of choices, from appetizers to first courses, second courses, and desserts, along with a variety of wines, and we were absolutely delighted. The photos speak for themselves! Highly recommended!

We had dinner at this restaurant and were very satisfied!
The first courses were very good! The bread for the appetizer was perhaps a little too hard, even though they were bruschetta!
The service was very efficient and friendly!
We were able to bring our four-legged friend with us without any problems.
90 euros for an appetizer, a side dish, three first courses, a bottle of wine (a model), water, and coffee!

The restaurant is very charming and spacious, located in an alley in the old town. The outdoor area, where we dined, has a few tables for two, making it very romantic and intimate.
The food is truly delicious and the portions generous. The partridge (authentic game) and the Etruscan rabbit are excellent.
Thanks to the very attentive staff. It was a truly lovely evening.

We had dinner at this trattoria serving traditional Tuscan food, and I have to say everything was excellent. The pici with truffled duck was delicious, as were the ones with fresh porcini mushrooms. Everything was excellent! The service was good, and the setting was romantic, nestled in a little alley.

Locale carino, posto in un suggestivo vicolo medievale. Personale gentilissimo. Servizio efficiente e veloce. Pietanze molto buone ( abbiamo preso tagliatelle al tartufo e peposo). Prezzi giusti.
Unico neo il vino: puoi prendere solo bottiglie ( i prezzi un po' altini), o un calice a 5€.Sarebbe gradito avere la possibilità di avere vino della casa, tipo 1/2 litro a prezzi più bassi.
Comunque sicuramente da ritirnarci

Non appena ha riaperto dopo la pausa invernale ci siamo recati per scoprire nuovi piatti e ripasso dei consolidati.
