Everything good, generous portions, fair prices, friendly service. Various appetizer. The pici are excellent, the peposo is truly peposo only for lovers of the genre, the wild boar and the desserts are delicious. A place where you are safe.

Cozy place and well-structured menu. The tripe is excellent, truly exceptional, it is worth going just for this dish. Advised.

Very nice restaurant in the historic center of Massa Marittima, a stone's throw from the Cathedral of San Cerbone. Very friendly and nice staff, delicious dishes, excellent choice of wines. Price absolutely appropriate for the quality of the food eaten. Highly recommended.

On holiday in the area in the first week of September, we had dinner at the Cat and the Fox and we enjoyed it so much that we returned. Excellent food with particular dishes of Tuscan cuisine. Trained staff and fast service.

Dinner for two with my best friend who decided to take me to Massa Marittima to introduce me to another jewel of Tuscany. Charming restaurant, in full medieval style, located in a charming alley near the cathedral square. The welcome is warm, but not invasive. The order is taken by the owner who sits at the table and illustrates the preparation of the dishes without ever being too verbose and without forcing the choice. Much appreciated feature. The internal room is very large, with many seats, but the atmosphere is not noisy and you can converse without ever having to raise your voice. The tables are large and allow you to eat comfortably. The dining room staff is very courteous and attentive to the diners. Exceptional dishes offered. We opted for the first of the day: pici with porcini mushrooms. We then moved on to the Stove Chicken with Agresto and then concluded with the trio of desserts. The latter consists of a pannacotta, a Tuscan tiramisu and a chocolate crumble with ricotta and mascarpone. Together with the dessert we were offered a glass of excellent Moscato Each course raised the level of the dinner which started very well and ended in glory. Chicken is something truly unforgettable. Also including a glass of wine and 2 coffees, as well as water, a total of €97 was spent. For the quality, quantity and service we would have paid more without complaining! Mandatory stop for those passing through the upper Maremma.

Come detto nel titolo, colpisce prima di tutto la gentilezza di tutto il personale, poi gli ottimi cibi. Ho gustato ‘pici’ con cinghiale, gli altri commensali altri piatti tipici toscani. Antipasto di bruschette varie, in particolare i crostini di fegato, tipici sismi toscani. Anche i dolci buonissimi!

Consigliatomi dalla titolare del b&B ho trovato molta gentilezza , rapidità e competenza, ma soprattuto ho mangiato bene. Tutto quello che mi è stato presentato mi ha pienamente soddisfatto meglio di quanto mi aspettassi, lo consiglio vivamente..
