An enchanting place in the Elba mountains.
At the entrance, you'll find a blackboard with the prices for each course. There's no real menu, but depending on the evening, there will be an appetizer/first course/second course option, whether meat or fish.
The staff is very friendly and courteous, and they even recommended splitting the appetizer to get the most out of it.
The four of us ordered:
2 seafood appetizers to share (1/2 each)
2 seafood first courses
1 meat second course
1 seafood second course (but there was very little seafood here, and it was only spinach)
1 bottle of wine
2 desserts
Total less than €40 per person
Highly recommended if you like beautiful, authentic locations and first courses.

A superb experience! The view is impressive, and it feels like you're on the other side of the world. It's magical.
The meal is equally delicious, with fresh, daily specials.
The waitress was also very kind.

We met Alessandro on our way back from a hike up Monte Grosso. We entered his restaurant and he welcomed us with a glass of wine. We immediately connected with a French couple and another gentleman whose name I don't remember. He shared anecdotes with us as a native Elban, with a profound knowledge of the area, resulting in an unforgettable snack. We immediately booked dinner that evening. We had a delicious meal, excellent service, and a wonderful view. Thanks to Alessandro and all his staff.

Truly enchanting, with views of the sea and the pine forest. The owners are truly hospitable and kind. Excellent, quality food paired with local wines.
The prices are in line with those in the area.

The place was delicious, as was the food (we ate fish, the catch of the day), and the staff and owner were wonderful and attentive. It wasn't crowded at all, and on a Friday night, there was even live music, which made the atmosphere even more special. After dinner, there were numerous free samples of delicious homemade liqueurs. Knowing where we were from (Venice), they gave us a small bottle of one of the liqueurs.

Despite the adverse weather, we had a wonderful evening. The food was excellent, the service was prompt, and the house Vermentino was excellent, as was the Aleatico. The owner and his entire staff were truly friendly and helpful. We also recommend the herb liqueur—it's worth it!
