Rustic place in the center of the village. We ate very well spending the right amount. Typical dishes and varied menu. I tried the gorgonzola and walnut parcels and the polenta. Recommended! Very generous portions

Very good typical mountain food. The tortelli gorgonzola and walnuts are excellent, the fried mushrooms and sage are a must-try. Compliments to the chef. The boy and girl in charge of the service are very good and attentive. Compliments to them too. One negative note, the waiting times are a bit long but still acceptable. Then a rather inexplicable fact is that the owner does not accept any customer who has not booked, justifying herself by saying that the place is full of people who have to arrive. In reality, this is not the case. So if you want to eat at Capriolo, book in advance.

Good dishes (starter and first courses), shame about the dry and hard bread. The service left something to be desired as we received the first courses while we were still eating the starters and found ourselves with five dishes on the table. During dinner at 8.58pm four customers came in and were told that the kitchen was closing (Saturday evening in the middle of the ski season). Excellent background music playlist and peaceful atmosphere.

Ristorante Molino Rosso

26/06/2025: We really enjoyed our meal and night at this hotel. We had two connecting rooms, and with three children, it worked out very well. Very friendly service at both reception and the restaurant. It's also located next to the highway, with free parking. So, it's a great location for a stopover.
