I've known and frequented this elegant vegetarian restaurant for many years. All the staff are extremely kind and helpful. The food is first-rate, delicious, and fresh. It hosts very interesting art exhibitions.

I dined at this restaurant for the first time on January 21st, and after a week, I'm already eager to return. The ambiance is elegant and sophisticated, and the vibrant colors of the paintings on display lend a welcoming, contemporary feel. The flavors are unique, deliciously enhancing the vegetarian dishes, which are even more delicious than traditional cuisine. Mr. Ezio is the jewel in the crown: he welcomes guests and explains the dishes and his experience with a level of expertise, language, authentic kindness, and elegant gestures that are hard to find at this level of excellence in other establishments in central Rome. Where success is often based on the decor and breathtaking views, neglecting the essential aspects of the menu and service that make a place truly special. I will return and highly recommend this place to everyone.

In the heart of Rome on Via Margutta! The setting appears luxurious, complete with excellent service, but in the details you notice imperfections. The bathroom, for example, is neglected and not suitable for a chic restaurant. You can choose between a tasting menu or à la carte! The menu is varied and offers unique combinations, and the portions are good and just right for the tasting. The value for money is adequate considering the location, but it's expensive. We spent 5 euros per person, not including wine. What I didn't like was that they charged for the water served in jugs, and I was surprised that it tasted like it was from the tap, the bread, and the cover charge (the cover charge only includes bread!). The service was good. For this reason, I won't be returning.
