Ristorantino del Castello In Bracciano

Very nice atmosphere, very professional and kind waiter, impeccable service and the courses… well, needless to say they were all exquisite, from the starter to the dessert. It was me and two of my friends, we will definitely be back😄

I had to roll back down the hill to our hotel. This was my favorite dining experience all week we spent in and around Rome. I get wary of ordering tiramisu as it tends to be underwhelming at most establishments, but here? I could have had another 10 servings of it! Their wine, their pasta, the cheesecake, the simple bread, everything- perfect. I would make a detour next time we fly down to the area just to eat here. So yeah, go.

Very friendly and pleasant staff despite the language barrier (we are French and we speak very little Italian). The food is excellent, the best dish of my life. And thank you again to the lady for the tiramisu which was also excellent.

Really nice place located under the Bracciano castle, combinations of flavors not obvious, I appreciated it a lot. Young chef but with experience and creativity. The girl who served us was not only good but also nice. A perfect dinner for me.

These guys and this Chef deserve 10 and honors. First of all the welcome, the patience, the kindness and the professionalism. Then each dish was a work of art, an unexpected combination of flavors, a couple of examples: tacos with shrimp, truffle and stracciatella; octopus with berries. We were a group of ten and it was Easter day. So this difficulty coefficient alone makes everything much more appreciated. We ordered à la carte, almost everything is cooked fresh so it is possible to make special requests. Just one note: having only one bathroom for the entire restaurant on such a busy day it would have been necessary to clean the toilet at least every two hours, if not more often. Unfortunately most people are uncivilized, but that is not a good reason to leave the floor wet with urine and covered in pieces of paper for those who care about hygiene and also respect others. Under the sink in the anteroom please put a paper basket. Thank you

I had dinner last night with friends, a truly fantastic discovery!!! Exquisite food with a quality above all expectations! Impeccable service, Samuel superlative in service, in the kitchen and in the "bill"!! Fantastic team of guys! Highly recommended!!
