Local with splendid location directly under the Odescalchi Castle on the square. The restaurant is welcoming and modern as is its menu. I was not satisfied with the dishes and their execution. I didn't like the octopus with ketchup at all, nor did I like the tagliolini with squid ink, little seafood flavor and too strong acidity tones. The menu is decent and the composition of the dishes is excellent but lacks substance and combination of flavors to be reviewed. 😉

Typical restaurant, overlooking the Odescalchi castle. Soft and relaxing atmosphere, refined, sophisticated and tasty dishes. Traditional menu too revisited for my tastes.

Ordered the pork ribs, wild boar, and the house recommended merlot. Both dishes were delicious and the wine exquisite so we indulged and ordered the pistachio white chocolate cheesecake, which did not disappoint. Staff was extremely helpful, turning on the AC for our 10m old. Was able to get by with English. This is our favorite restaurant after our visit.

I've been to this restaurant several times now and every time it's a pleasant return. This time, unlike the others, I found the menu changed but still pleasant, with new starters that were not bad. The first and second courses are truly exceptional. 100% recommended for the food, the atmosphere, the kindness of the waiters and the quality/price, it has nothing to envy of fish restaurants where you pay 3 times more. I will return, for the fourth time, without a doubt.

Finalmente con l’arrivo dell’estate arriva lo strepitoso menù estivo di Mirko. Appuntamento imperdibile. La tradizione riesce ad unirsi a sperimentazioni che vi lasceranno a bocca aperta. Dalle Alici del mediterraneo ai bonbon cacio e pepe in Gazpacho, dalle specialità del giorno ai primi classici ed una attenta scelta di secondi mare e terra. Gentilezza, cura del dettaglio ed il cliente sempre al centro. Bravi!

The Castle Restaurant is right at the foot of the Bracciano Castle and this alone would be enough. Romantic atmosphere, delightful and modern location with external veranda. Professional and attentive service, excellent quality of raw materials, well cooked and represented dishes.
Fully satisfied, we will definitely return.

Really good food, beautifully presented. We each choose different dishes and each one was good. An extensive wine list, with some really good choices. The service was professional and charming.
