Ristorantino da Stefano is now an unmissable gem for me in Asiago.
Although there is a slight 80s atmosphere, much mitigated by the splendid renovation carried out and the attention paid to background music and lights, the staff is competent and kind and pampers you in the true sense of the word. Very good food and rare availability of Venetian seafood dishes here in the mountains.
Honest prices, cheap for meat, more expensive for fish.

Mangiare il pesce penso voglia dire apprezzarlo per ciò che semplicemente la preparazione fu quella di un tempo e pertanto deve rimanere immutabile nei tempi senza voler creare abbinamento irragionevole perché il palato non sa più riconoscere la genuinità dei piatti. Stefano ed il suo staff sanno ancora lasciare nei loro piatti il vero sapore di ciò che la miglior qualità del mare sa offrire. Complimenti 👏

Impeccable... this already says it all, both in the cuisine and in the service, the very kind and professional staff. Now every weekend, we always return to our little restaurant. Ah, I forgot: the place is really warm, fine as a whole. thanks to everyone and to the warm welcome of the owner, always ready and attentive.

We went for lunch on Sunday, excellent welcome from both the owner and the waiter. They offered us the welcome cod with croutons, what can I say, exquisite, compact and delicious. Then we had a very good Russian salad made by them. We ordered two first courses, one with fish and the other with sausage and speck. Both very good and plentiful. I took an excellent French gewuztraminer in a glass. The very kind waiter, since we liked the wine, gave us the name and other names of French wineries with the same blend. We will definitely be back. Stefano and Keyla.
