Ristorante Zur Blauen Traube In Lagundo

A few years ago, we dined here for the first time. While the food was already delicious, the service was completely chaotic because they offered both à la carte and a set menu, leading to incredibly long wait times. We already considered that the food was of such a high standard that it would be better to focus on the set menu and cater to a smaller group. This year, after reading many positive reviews, we gave it another try, and we were absolutely not disappointed. Every dish was a flavor explosion, and the entire team clearly works with great passion. It's wonderful to see this evolution. A top-notch experience!

Art! After my visit to the Blaue Traube, this noun remains as the conclusion, aptly reflecting all of my impressions. The entire evening is a culinary declaration of love for South Tyrol, which cannot be expressed any other way. It is an evening that promises everything and delivers everything. The artist is Christoph, who takes us into the passion of his life, and his personality creates space for enjoyment and forgetting time – being in the here and now. This is art at its finest! You can't do better than that!!! All that remains is to say thank you for a wonderful evening!

We visited the Blaue Traube yesterday on our evening off during the Schenna Classic Rally and were absolutely thrilled with the outstanding, personalized menu, where each course was better than the next. The service was warm and friendly from all the staff. We highly recommend the location itself, with its beautiful outdoor dining area, and we're already looking forward to seeing you again, next year at the latest.

A very good lunch! The pappardelle are delicious, cooked just right, a decent portion! The amazing thing is the delicious warm homemade bread with homemade salted butter... and an extra salad 👍🏻. Quiet and discreet atmosphere, close to the road but still surrounded by nature! Highly recommended!

I would also give it six stars... For me, one of the best restaurants in South Tyrol. Not quite in the league of "Castell," but on a par with "Sissi" and the like. The fresh ideas that Christoph and his team bring to the table here, especially in conjunction with the wonderful wine list (thanks to Michael), are very hard to find in South Tyrol. Excellent value for money. Incredibly attentive service in a beautiful setting, both on the terrace and in the parlor. A Michelin star would certainly be appropriate here.

I've written quite a few reviews and am still at a loss for what to say about the Blaue Traube in Algund. "Top-class gastronomy" sounds trite. What the young team around Christoph Huber delivers is daring, bold, confident: skillful! It's impossible to describe; you'll have to try it. So: dear Gault Millau and Michelin-starred experts... off to Algund! And book the wine package, because the sommelier is no less creative than the kitchen. I also have to mention the beautiful garden with its wooden terraces; it has a truly wonderful ambiance!

Amazing menu and fantastic team - we came here as a couple and enjoyed a delicious lunch with an unbeatable scenery. The service was wonderful and each dish an own little delight. 6 out of 5 stars🚀

We found this restaurant by chance. A culinary experience of the highest quality. Yes, the price is more expensive, but it's worth it.

Was soll ich sagen! Wow! Christoph und sein junges Team verzaubern die Gäste mit ihrem perfekten 10-Gänge-Menü. Danke für Christophs Präsentationen. Kompliment auch an den jungen Sommelier aus Ulten! Alles hier hat Stil und Niveau, aber nie gekünstelt. Es ist alles echt mit Herz!

Ein rundum gelungenes Erlebnis – wir kommen gerne wieder! Wir durften gestern Abend Gäste eines großartigen Teams sein und waren durchweg begeistert. Viele junge Menschen, die ihren Job mit spürbarem Enthusiasmus und viel Herzblut ausüben – unter der ruhigen und feinfühligen Leitung von Christoph. Das Essen war von Anfang bis Ende ein echtes Erlebnis, liebevoll zubereitet und perfekt abgestimmt. Auch die Weinauswahl und die Weinbegleitung waren ein echter Genuss. Jeder einzelne Gang war durchdacht und mit hoher handwerklicher Qualität umgesetzt. Die 99 € pro Person sind aus unserer Sicht mehr als gut investiert – das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt absolut. Wir haben den Abend sehr genossen und hoffen, dass dieses stimmige Konzept weiterhin Erfolg hat.
