A magical historical place with a very nice boss and employees. Service and food excellent and certainly at star level. Went there at lunchtime with 3 kids which wasn't a problem at all. Highly recommended, would love to come back!!!

A culinary highlight in South Tyrol! The Blaue Traube impresses with a perfect mix of traditional South Tyrolean cuisine and creative accents in a relaxed, cool atmosphere. Every dish impresses with its sophistication and attention to detail. The young team is professional, extremely friendly and warm. Feels like coming home! The wine list offers an impressive selection and the team has perfectly matched the wine pairing to the dishes. The boss Chrsioph Huber is an extremely charming and professional host. In my opinion the BEST restaurant in and around Meran!

One of the best meals we’ve ever had - Chef was incredibly welcoming and ensured we felt included even though we were the only Americans there (We were invited by the coolest German couple ever). Amazing restaurant in an awesome area!

Cucina creativa con grandissima attenzione al prodotto (sia locale che non), sapori originali che conquistano al primo assaggio, un menù degustazione lungo, ampio e vario che però non appesantisce e non stanca. Carta dei vini originale e ricchissima di piccole realtà produttive (il wine pairing proposto è un'ottima occasione per conoscerne parecchie). Servizio impeccabile in una residenza antica che ha conservato tutto il suo fascino semplice e rustico. Rapporto Q/P più che onesto per la qualità di quanto proposto. E' segnalato nella guida Michelin... ma forse gli ispettori dovrebbero tornarci e riflettere se non valga almeno una stella (a mio modestissimo parere la merita, eccome!).

Young kitchen team that clearly cooks towards the first *, but in my opinion they want it too much and you can feel that as a guest. Menu time a good 4 hours. Partly very small portions in the menu, the high-end zander course is not topped by the unfortunately already cold veal cheek course. Wine accompaniment is extremely high quality and exciting. A little less chi chi and even more focus on the food, then it will definitely work with the *.

Great! The food was fantastic, service was very attentive and super friendly, the atmosphere and especially the “bread cutting machine” were great! It was a wonderful evening, thank you very much!

A common table for all guests from 7 p.m. Then a fireworks display of 12 different compositions for 3 hours. Completely excellent and uniquely presented by the entire young team. An unforgettable experience and actually too cheap for €99! It is incomprehensible that Michelin has not yet awarded the star!

Ein Abendessen der etwas anderen Art. Aber ein tolles Erlebnis. Man kommt an und wird zum Apero im Garten gebeten. Dann um 19 00 Uhr wird man zu Tisch begleitet und ein Spektakel von köstlichen Gerichten folgt. Wir genossen nach drei "Einstimmings"-Häppchen ein Amuse Bouche mit der Bezeichnung "Mountain Papaya Salad". Die Kombination von Flusskrebs Garum und Aubergine war genial. Und alles aus lokalen Rohmaterialien gefertigt. An dieses Grundprinzip hielt sich der Chef auch bei den nachfolgenden Hauptgängen die allesamt köstlich waren. Auch die beiden Desserts (Blueberry Cheesecake und Tarte Tatin) ließen keine Wünsche offen. Freundlicher Service.
