Location of an ancient building in the historic center which overlooks the hills and mountains. Beautiful rooms, with a view, nice welcome. Low prices in relation to the quality of the hotel.

Having lunch on mid-August has become an impossible mission for me for years. Places taken by storm, services equal to 0, costs not comparable to the quality. Friends decided to return to Civitella trusting in the lower attendance and book in the place that could provide service and quality. No expectations were disappointed... on the contrary... it strengthened my thoughts on Zunica1880. The restaurant's Civitelle dishes, despite the pleasant additions, were perfect. I can't help but keep thinking about the timbale AGAIN, AGAIN, AGAIN due to the complexity of the preparation and the result of a lightness equal to a BREATH. And in opposition to those who believe that heat should go hand in hand with sloppiness, fresh but cold foods, fish and lime, I say Scrippelle... peppers... spinach... moist meat and COMPOSENCE. Thank you for yet another punctual and polite experience and... congratulations to Monsù Frederik who orchestrated everything well in the shadows (no doubt on my part he has the ability to be a master of cooking with a renewed ancient mind 🙏🙏🙏) Coming back more frequently is my self-imposed obligation. Very classic Italian hotel with spacious rooms and an excellent restaurant. You imagine yourself a hundred years back in time. Our room was very large and even had a sea view. The unique charm of the hotel is also a bit of a disadvantage, namely that it is not completely adapted to modern times, e.g. the lack of air conditioning in the room.

Beautiful location, refined environment, romantic fairytale, the menu is very interesting, well-executed dishes, genuine food, high quality products... unique aromas and flavours... vast choice of national and international wines... kind and very professional staff... congratulations...

The owner and staff are very welcoming and very helpful. A magnificent view of the mountain. In the evening, we went to the restaurant: it was excellent! We really enjoyed our stay.

Sala piccolina, minimal ma accogliente ed intima, anche il menù cartaceo è ricercato nei materiali e nel font. Ottima la carta dei vini, sia come scelta che qualità e ricercatezza. La scelta (05/2024) è tra due menù degustazione uno più legato al territorio e l'altro più aperto e sperimentale ovvero la scelta alla carta. La rivisitazione dei piatti della tradizione teramana è fatta con sapienza ed arte. La qualità dei prodotti, la preparazione e l'impiattamento sono stellari, il personale ed il servizio impeccabili.

Small room, minimal but welcoming and intimate, even the paper menu is refined in materials and font. The wine list is excellent, both in terms of choice and quality and refinement. The choice (05/2024) is between two tasting menus, one more linked to the territory and the other more open and experimental, i.e. the à la carte choice. The revisitation of traditional Teramo dishes is done with wisdom and art. The quality of the products, the preparation and the plating are stellar, the staff and the service are impeccable.

Cena affascinante in grottino. Menù degustazione Neoclassicismo e una bottiglia di Cerasuolo dell’Azienda Velenosi Propr 2023. ci è stato offerta una bollicina francese e dei piccoli e buonissimi finger food. la cena comprendeva: una zuppa tiepida di legumi e patate, il Timballo rivoluzionario, un prosciutto cotto con salse (sembrava un vitel tonnè), un dolce tradizionale rivisitato e la piccola pasticceria veramente notevole. Tutto moooolto buono e servito con eleganza. Costo in due persone € 140, caffè e amaro offerti. È il miglior ristorante tra la provincia di Ascoli e quella di Teramo

Great discovery. Suggestive location with very knowledgeable but above all kind and friendly staff. Refined, refined but above all delicious food. All of great quality.
