Ristorante Zia In Roma

A superb gastronomic experience! We were a group of six and had a small, secluded room, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The cuisine is truly exquisite, with no faults in the seven courses of the menu we opted for, nor in the generous wine pairing (1 sparkling wine, 2 whites, 1 red, 1 sweet red). The service was attentive without being overbearing, which really helped make the experience unique. I recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy a gourmet meal in Rome.

It's not worthy of a Michelin star. Some of the dishes just didn't taste good at all.

Starting off, many reviews have said its bitter often, that's true, I happen to be from a part of Europe this is common and I liked it, but if you don't you may struggle. The courses were all good and a couple truly excellent, there was maybe only one thing right at the start we thought was rather average. Our server was Lucia (or something like that sorry if its wrong) who was lovely and explained everything well in english for us. The atmosphere is pretty standard, not wow but very comfy. Overall a very enjoyable 1* experience perhaps a little on the expensive end even for a Michelin resturant :)

I've been to Zia twice, and both times everything was perfect: excellent food, excellent service. My only complaint, which is highly subjective, is that the place is a bit too dark.

We had an amazing evening here. We ordered the 7-course menu with 5-Winrs pairing. The menu was well curated, interesting and the wine pairing was excellent.

Tutta meritata la stella! piatti con esercizi di stile azzeccati e associazioni apparentemente semplici che in realtà nascondono sapori ben bilanciati e sorprendenti. I piatti che ci hanno fatto parlare per giorni sono state le animelle ed il risotto. Animelle cotte con una perfezione assoluta, croccantissime e morbidissime allo stesso tempo, il risotto poggiato sopra una mantecatura di mozzarella incredibile. Bravissimi anche nel servizio ed accattivante l'arredamento, anche se più o meno in linea con gli standard attuali...luci soffuse-minimal-arte....

Situado en el distrito turístico de Trastevere, pero lejos de las calles baten, Zia es un restaurante donde se puede disfrutar de una cocina creativa arraigada en la tradición. El lugar tiene un diseño mínimo. El personal es amable y cortés. Elegimos un menú degustación de 5 platos y fue completamente satisfactorio. Su carta de vinos cuenta con una impresionante selección de botellas en su mayoría italianas con diferentes precios.
