Vado sempre da Yuan, da quando sono bambina, è una garanzia! Ho provato mezzo menu praticamente, non mi ha mai deluso. È un ristorante familiare, sempre gentili e cortesi, e veloci!

Good food clean environment The lady who serves, who I believe is the owner, really not very empathetic with the customers, sometimes grumpy. The gentleman and the girl are better. Kindness and a smile are sometimes worth more than a good dish. Apart from that... a place worth going to

16/07/2025: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED RESTAURANT, EXCELLENT JAPANESE and CHINESE cuisine! The recently renovated menu offers a truly vast selection of delicacies; you'll be spoiled for choice. The sushi is excellent, fresh, and flavorful, the nigiri are excellent, and all the other dishes are equally as delicious. There's a vast selection of hosomaki, uramaki, and temaki, all delicious!!! :D The composition of the dishes is exceptional; they're all presented with care and refinement, refined down to the last detail with various decorations. In short, the elegance of simplicity with excellent quality. The service is excellent, super fast even when the place is very busy, which shows good organization. We always return to Puyuma as often as we can; lunch there is a guarantee. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

10/08/2025: The best Chinese restaurant in Bologna, truly congratulations! Every dish we ordered was of excellent quality, especially the mixed vegetables, udon noodles, and spaghetti (and the spicy Korean beef). Excellent!
