My favorite restaurant! I love this restaurant so much that I return as soon as I can! A street corner diner with large windows, a few tables, and a quiet atmosphere. Soft atmosphere with warm lighting and background music. A very elegant restaurant with a refined and understated setting, complete with stainless steel chopsticks and cutlery rests (a significant detail). The kitchen is half open, allowing you to watch them create your cold dishes. Exceptional dishes; the appetizers are incredible, the quality of the fish is top-notch. Unique combinations and dishes crafted with attention to the smallest detail. The staff is very attentive, brilliant, and knows how to treat customers with respect without being too intrusive. Really fresh wasabi and excellent sake pairings. I come here at least once a month and every time it's WOW, an experience! P.S. Absolutely not to be missed: Tuna millefeuille, Ebi gyoza, tartare, Ebi zucchini flowers, sushi sashimi amakase, And the Duke's rice. OUTSTANDING!

We finally tried this à la carte sushi that everyone had been raving about. Expectations were met! Excellent quality ingredients, balanced and delicious dishes, impeccable service, and a truly wonderful staff, both waiters and chefs, that left us in a truly good mood. We'll definitely be back.
