Always a great spot for the BaoLunch. you get a starter, a bao and a drink/beer. Staff is ever so friendly and the seating area not bad at all. Only things: tables can get wobbly.

Lunch break with friends = our comfort zone 💕 Today we decided to truly unwind and treat ourselves to something different: we went to Mumbao, in the heart of Via Paolo Sarpi, where the scents of spices and steam greet you even before you enter 😋 We started with the Jianbao mix, the famous Chinese dumplings first steamed and then pan-seared 🥟: a crispy base, soft dough, and fillings bursting with flavor—every bite is a little journey! Then came the Zhengbao mix, the "soft" version, steamed only: clouds of super soft dough that melt in your mouth, with a variety of colorful fillings 🌈. Perfect if you love delicate yet flavorful textures. And since we can't say no to a bao (and a little challenge 😏), we finished with the Baozi Dragon 🐉: a soft and fragrant steamed bun filled with juicy pork in a Taiwanese BBQ style. One of those dishes that makes you immediately say, "Okay, I'll be back soon." In short? A quick lunch, but with the vibe of a mini trip to Asia ✈️ Good food, a laid-back atmosphere, and that feeling of having found a place that makes you feel good.

The best place in all of China Town. THE DRAGON BAO-ZI, THE ABSOLUTE BEST. I can't wait to try the steamed dumplings too. The food was served hot, and I enjoyed it down to the last bite. There's nothing more to say, delicious 🤤

The service is excellent. They give you a device to call you while they prepare your food; if it's faster, you can stand to the side of the counter and wait. They have several options, but the baos are incredible. The buns are fluffy. I tried the classic and the Dragon; they're delicious. There's also a sweet chocolate and hazelnut option (cioccolato nocciola).

We ordered several types of dumplings and bao on Glovo, everything was delicious and arrived piping hot. Highly recommended for delivery, too. The bao with Taiwanese barbecue sauce and the pork dumplings were the best.

Ravioleria - Fast Food

02/11/2025: One of those places that, if you were to walk by, you probably wouldn't stop—and yet, after trying it, you can't wait to return. They may not follow all the local health authority rules to the letter, but they certainly follow the most important one: the food is excellent. The place is takeout only: we ordered directly there, waited a few minutes, and took everything home. There were two of us and we ordered four portions of ravioli—the ones of the day with pork and cabbage, the ones with beef and carrots, pork and shrimp, and beef with spring onions—for a total of 20 euros. The best? Definitely the ones with shrimp and the ones with spring onions and kale, truly excellent. The ones with carrots are a little less impressive, but still good. The ravioli are colorful, well-filled, perfectly cooked, and the portions are generous (five ravioli per plate). The two owners move like clockwork behind the counter to keep up with all the orders. Very fair prices, full-bodied, authentic flavor: one of those places that stays in your memory for its simplicity and authenticity. I discovered it thanks to a friend who lives on Via Teodosio—and now I happily return every time I pass through Milan. Highly recommended for a genuine, no-frills takeout experience, the kind that makes you want to order again.

05/04/2026: My partner and I came here for the first time. The place is quiet, the atmosphere pleasant and informal, the food really good, with well-filled sandwiches and quality cured meats. And the wine list is interesting: there's a clear focus on original offerings, far removed from the usual commercial wines. A piece of advice, if I may: – It would be nice to pay a little more attention to glasses and plates: if they're chipped, they should be discarded and no longer used.
16/03/2026: Smart box used really well. Tasting of 3 glasses of Franciacorta, from a volcanic white to a poetic red, all accompanied by bruschetta with hummus and broccoli rabe, not exactly ordinary cheeses and good cured meats... I found a welcome, friendliness, and above all professionalism of the owner sommelier who loves his job and who explained everything to us in great detail... highly recommended... I will definitely be back... thanks for the roses that he had on the table by prior arrangement... see you soon
