The hotel left only warm memories! I will definitely recommend it and use it again if the opportunity arises! Very friendly, family atmosphere. You feel like you’ve come to visit distant relatives whom you haven’t seen since childhood. The room is stylized as antique, without the sticky dirt inherent in some old hotels. The bed linen is a delight! Very dense, not at all budget! Everything is perfectly clean! Wonderful view from the room window of the roofs of Venice and partially the dome of San Marco. A cozy Christmas tree on the ground floor to maintain the Christmas mood. Polite friendly staff! The restaurant is a special love! Unfortunately, my daughter didn't want to eat dinner and I didn't appreciate the evening's food, but the smells from the kitchen were crazy! Life was in full swing in the kitchen, the waiters were running around and serving, as only happens in places with high demand! Breakfast was amazing! No buffet. A sweet woman carefully set us a cozy table overlooking the Grand Canal. Amazing experience! My thanks to the hotel owner and caring staff!

The hotel itself is perfect! The only eyesores for me in Venezia are the souvenirs shop that is all over the place. Plus there are lots of illegals that are trying to ruin the people’s experience with the place.

Amazing hotel, friendly staff, didn't use the restaurant, but was always busy. Great location. Will definitely come again!!

Very clean rooms and good maintenance of the hotel, charming receptionists and the breakfast surprised us by being very good, cold cuts, delicious croissant, fruit, juice, coffee. The situation is unbeatable, 3 min. walking from St. Mark's Square in front of the vaporetto stop Highly recommended

Very nice location 5 minutes from St Mark's Square. Be careful though, it is narrow and without an elevator. We were on the 4th floor on the courtyard side, in a very outdated room... Only the bathroom was new. The staff, however, is pleasant and accommodating, and the breakfast is simple but good.

First of all, it should be taken into account that the hotel also accepts outside guests at the restaurant. When taking bus route number 2 (towards the Grand Canal), there is a disadvantage of having to drag the suitcase within 10 minutes from St. Mark's Square. However, if you take bus route number 2 in the opposite direction, you can get off and take a 1-minute cutoff. It is recommended that you never do anything reckless while dragging a suitcase. There is no elevator, but this is Europe. Considering that it is the main island of Venice, it is advisable to come with physical strength. The view is that great Since the hotel operates a restaurant that accepts outside guests, the breakfast is also excellent, and the real value of this hotel is that from late in the afternoon, when all packages are sold out, you can enjoy the night view and take pictures all to yourself. In particular, you can take a walk while listening to the sounds coming from the cafes in St. Mark's Square, where performances are held until past 10 p.m., and there are two small supermarkets within a 5-minute walk, so you can do it even if you're craving a glass of wine after a sudden Venetian craving. However, I couldn't find the refrigerator (it's not yet confirmed whether it's missing or not found). If you come to Venice and want to save money on accommodation, I recommend not staying on the main island, but I recommend experiencing it if you can. It has a view of the Basilica of San Giorgio Maggiore covered in sea fog in the morning, and a quiet Venice without tourists.

If you ask me.. the hotel deserves 5 stars.The location is perfect..in front of the gondolas and the ALILAGUNA (boat from the airport) and only 4 minutes walking to San marco.Also if you like to visit Murano Burano or any other city of Italy (from Santa Lucia train station), also the boats leaves in front of the hotel .The breakfast is amazing, it has everything you can ask for .Rooms super clean and the best part is the personal.. very helpful and polite.Special thanks to Michelle from reception -reservations.
