Amatriciana is something perfect. Pasta bolognese ok. The prices of those two dishes and grappa are more than fair. The only downside is the high price of a small portion of mushrooms (not truffles) which for some reason costs as much as a whole meal

It was our first time in Ascoli Piceno, and we couldn't have made a better choice for trying the traditional dishes. We conveniently booked online via the app, and upon our arrival, Mrs. Vittoria's son was there to help us with our selection with extreme kindness and friendliness. The food and wine were truly excellent. The fried foods were superb! Highly recommended!

We dined at Vittoria for the first time last night, four of us.
Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the owner, Marco. The place was beautiful, with very spacious tables—ours could seat eight—and, above all, the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, free of background noise. Everyone conversed at the table, but with respect for others.
Without consulting the menu, we relied on Marco's recommendations:
A platter of local, zero-mile cheeses and cured meats, traditional appetizers: traditional Ascoli olives, truffle-flavored olives, and spicy olives, fried pecorino, fried porcini mushrooms, and fried cremini.
Campofilone macaroni with ragù (delicious).
Tagliata al sale.
Pistachio cremini, and to finish, a truly delicious anisette.
All at an incredible price.
TIP: Go to Vittoria, it's worth it, and trust Marco's advice.

I went for lunch last Sunday. I ordered mixed fried food and cannelloni. The fried food was so-so. The cannelloni were awful. Dry, with a drizzle of tomato sauce on top and a sprinkling of low-quality parmesan. Water and cover charge. Total: almost 24 euros.
