Ristorante Vineria Al Guelfo Negher In Riva di solto

Good evening today for lunch we went to this restaurant because having read the reviews we were positively intrigued. Absolutely recommended choice. Cristian welcomed us warmly in a well-kept, tidy and unique environment. We ordered a lake appetizer, pumpkin risotto and hazelnut tart and wild berry panna cotta. I must say that all the dishes were very carefully prepared and were a demonstration of how Cristian carries out this job with absolute passion and love. Congratulations for everything……..we will definitely be back.

It is easy to find good restaurants, it is difficult to find places where excellent food is accompanied by passion and incredible hospitality. This evening we were celebrating our anniversary and although we had arrived late due to other commitments, Christian welcomed us warmly. Excellent dishes with delicious wines. I leave the place impressed by the passion and care that Christian has for his work. It is touching and heart-filling to meet people like this. Honor also for the respect and esteem he has for colleagues who work nearby. Super recommended

Ottimo ristorante, veramente soddisfatti di tutti i piatti peraltro presentati molto bene! Squisito l’antipasto di pesci di lago (che di solito non amiamo), sublimi i risotti sia quello al radicchio rosso, sia quello con il pesce persico. Ampia scelta di oli, apprezzatissima, di aceti e di vini: ne abbiamo assaggiati 4 , non tutti Franciacorta, ma tutti eccezionali!!!

I'm not used to reviews on the first visit, but after returning and receiving confirmation of the first extraordinary experience, I now allow myself to share and recommend. Lunch with friends, excellently recommended by chef Cristian, we enjoyed some excellent dishes (porcini and rabbit risotto). Balanced dishes, truly tasty and perfectly appreciated. A personal and sincere thank you to Cristian and his collaborators. Without a doubt, if you can go there, it's really worth it.

Thank you Christian! We spent wonderful time during a lunch with a view on the lake and green mountains. Friendly service with a family like atmoshere. We had a fish mix, all of it consisted of fish caught in the lake and fully prepared in the restaurant. We will return.

Unscheinbar auf den ersten Blick. Eine positive Überraschung auf den zweiten Blick. Chef Christian hat sich persönlich um uns gekümmert und ist auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen und hat Empfehlungen zu Wein und Menü gemacht. Tolles Essen und sehr gute Weinempfehlung! Endlich mal ein Restaurant, wo im Hintergrund keine Dudeleinschlafmusik zu hören ist. Der Koch und Chef ist offensichtlich ein echter Rock n Roller. So geht's halt auch! Zum Schluß noch ein Schnaps aufs Haus. Ein Toller Abend in entspannter Atmosphäre. Wir kommen wieder!

Very friendly owner. We drove by at random to reserve a table for our holiday. Unfortunately he was full all week, but while enjoying an appetizer he wrote down fellow restaurants and suggested the best for our wishes. We thought this was a real example of Italian friendliness and hospitality! All praise for this man and we will definitely eat here next time! It looked very cool and all the guests in our house were very pleased with it.

This is a lovely place: we received a warm welcome and were made to feel special throughout the evening. Wonderful fish from the lake, excellent service and a friendly vibe. We loved it so much the first time we came (six years ago) that we had to return and were not disappointed!
