This is a lovely place: we received a warm welcome and were made to feel special throughout the evening. Wonderful fish from the lake, excellent service and a friendly vibe. We loved it so much the first time we came (six years ago) that we had to return and were not disappointed!

Excellent terrace on the lake, food between the tradition of lake fish products and the innovation of chef Cristian. The quality of the raw materials and the wide choice of wines are fantastic. After dinner the chef also becomes an excellent philosopher, how could you not drink a signature grappa with him while having a chat. Highly recommended.

Finally a good restaurant! Lake view, menu, obviously Cristian with his advice makes everything a nice experience. I recommend it for those who want a bit of peace, a romantic or quiet evening and enjoy good food.

We had a wonderful evening in this restaurant and felt right at home. Chef Cristian pays great attention to all the tables and in our case he made personalized dishes for my pregnant wife (which rarely happens in restaurants). The menu is both seafood and land-based with only local products. The evening did not allow it but the restaurant has outdoor tables overlooking the lake. The price was absolutely low compared to the products and portions. There should be more restaurants and caterers like these. Absolutely recommended

Did you know, for example, how good is a sheep raised like in the times of your great-grandparents cooked rare? No? It's time to find out, it's better than you think, did you know the delight of the trout of our Sebino and the art of marinating lake fish to exalt it? Trust the boss of Guelfo Negher. Great wine expert and transmits a passion for his work that you rarely find. I understand the skeptics, there is no menu/prices, but in the end it's a plus: you'll understand it there. Having said that, the price/quality ratio, at today's crazy prices, is clearly, very clearly unbalanced in favor of quality. I won't say how much the 4 of us spent for a quality banquet, but we had budgeted more, enough more, with the knowledge that it would have deserved it all. I really hope to be able to return.

Siamo andati in questo ristorante su consiglio di amici. Ambiente accogliente, pulito ed ordinato. Gradevole la presenza di una stufa con fiamma a vista per una serata fredda e piovosa. Cristian ci ha accolto in modo caloroso e super professionale. Ha presentato il menu e tutti i piatti descrivendo ingredienti e tecniche di preparazione. Capito la competenza del titolare abbiamo lasciato carta bianca e ci siamo affidati a lui. Abbiamo assaggiato una serie di delizie del lago dagli antipasti fino ad un ottimo dessert un delicatissimo gelato ai lamponi accompagnato da fragole fresche e mentuccia . Il tutto abbinato di volta in volta con dei signori vini consigliatici da Cristian. Io sono un laghee (abitante Lago di Como) e sono dovuto venire sul lago d'Iseo per mangiare il miglior pesce di lago della mia vita. Pesce proposto in diverse preparazioni sia tradizionali (carpacci, classici agoni, pesce marinato ecc..), sia fritto (leggerissimo) o con gnocchetti spadellati al momento. Un viaggio immerso nei sapori di pesce di lago che non ha nulla da invidiare al pesce di mare. Consiglio vivamente questo locale sia per l'ottima cucina che per la selezione di vini e distillati e lasciate fare al proprietario persona che sa quello che fa. E' bello trovare persone competenti e soprattutto innamorate del proprio lavoro Spero di poter tornare presto.

We chose this restaurant for family lunch on May 1st. We were welcomed by the owner who accompanied us with kindness and passion in choosing the courses. We were also offered an aperitif with excellent prosecco. Dishes based on lake fish, delicious and well presented. We will definitely be back!

Ottimo ristorante. Cristian davvero super ospitale. Eravamo in 4, due adulti e due bambini. Abbiamo mangiato due antipasti misti di lago (più una porzione mini per un figlio), tre primi (risotto agli asparagi, un tagliolino con piccione, gnocchetti alla clorofilla di prezzemolo e pesce di lago SUPERLATIVO), tre secondi (una polenta con piccione, due fritti di lago), un dolce. Vino a calice molto buono. Tutto cucinato in modo ottimo. Fritto assolutamente non unto. Porzioni ottime. Locale molto bello, tavoli ben distanziati, Cristian che girava per i tavoli e spiegava i piatti. ASSOLUTAMENTE DA RIPETERE. Ah... Conto sorpresa... In positivo. Esperienza più che superlativa.
