Not a great deal going on but nice for a relaxing day.

This place is perfect for those seeking peace and quiet. The property is completely surrounded by greenery, has parking, and a wonderful spa (for a fee and located away from the main building), accessible via a short 1-minute walk. The villa has approximately 12 spacious rooms; the one I was assigned had a window that offered a splendid view of the surrounding hills every morning. The outdoor pools are surrounded by beautifully manicured gardens. We had lunch and dinner—what can I say? Everything is homemade and made to order. I really appreciated the use of their own and local products, and the prices are more than fair. A generous breakfast every morning with a variety of desserts. Rooms are cleaned daily, and the staff is attentive, kind, and always available. Special mention goes to all the hard-working staff, but above all, I thank Alessandra for her kindness and for making this short stay a fairytale. See you soon.

Very nice place surrounded by nature and silence with a breathtaking view. It could use some more maintenance. Good breakfast but not very varied.

Family run, not crowded even on Sundays, 4 pools including two indoor heated and thermal. Top quality food and often home-made. Courteous and helpful staff.

THE BEST IN UMBRIA My boyfriend and I were looking for a perfect place to relax and the structure and quality of services exceeded my expectations. SPA AND SPA: very nice structure, welcoming, CLEAN and VERY WELL maintained, small (but it fits). There are two thermal pools (and not three, from what I understand, given that the third 'tub' is connected to the outdoor pool and therefore has normal, freezing water as it is winter). The thermal water was lukewarm, one slightly hotter than the other, but we would have preferred them slightly hotter (both us and the other guests, hearing what they said). More or less useful information: In the changing room there is no toilet that you find in the spa, but a shower equipped with soap (excellent) and lockers with keys. Excellent quality-price here too. ADVICE for the structure: fire or change whoever creates the site. In addition to not doing you justice, it lacks a lot of useful information: for example your SERVICES (unclear and thrown away), THE spa TREATMENTS (named with "treatments", but you don't know what they are, especially if you expect someone to book them for you before arriving at the facility), THE PRICES (you can't even see a shadow of them), as well as good storytelling. Furthermore, when I called and asked about spa treatments I was told that THEY DIDN'T EXIST, and the prices I was told were different. I was sorry there was this communication/information error, but we still had a wonderful and RELAXING day. Very professional, helpful and patient staff. I will definitely come back and ask to speak directly with the spa center so I can book your massages☺️
