We have been guests at Patrizia several times and are always surprised at how friendly and accommodating the whole team is. The rooms are very clean and the food is simply excellent. The appetizer buffet is also unsurpassed. The wellness area is very well maintained and inviting with a wide range of saunas, a roof-top whirlpool bath and inviting relaxation rooms. The fitness room is well designed, although there is no rowing machine. The other devices are great. The fitness offering also includes yoga and Pilates, both of which are taught by very competent instructors.

The star rating for the Hotel Patrizia here on this platform is not sufficient to rate the hotel! For us there are 10 stars!!! Whether the location of the hotel, its cleanliness and style, whether the great food, the service and friendliness of the staff, whether the extremely clean wellness (especially the sauna on the roof with a view of the valley)... For us, this hotel is hard or impossible to beat!!! The staff at the Hotel Patrizia is simply amazing! The staff at Haus Patrizia are always friendly, courteous, always ready and extremely attentive! We find the staff to be extremely friendly and unparalleled... After several stays at the Hotel Patrizia over the years, the staff is still the same! This fact alone speaks for the satisfaction of the staff, which also lets the guests feel this satisfaction. We are particularly looking forward to individual service employees with whom we have already developed a kind of friendship... Robert, who has always accompanied us in Patrizia's house since our first visit in 2019, is one of these excellent people!! Always open, first class service at the table and at the bar as a bartender... Robert is one of those all-rounders who contributes significantly to a special sense of well-being and, with his style and skills, probably plays a special role in the Patrizia house! The rooms in the Hotel Patrizia are always extremely clean, always very spacious, and have a wonderful view over Dorf-Tirol and the Merano valley... We always feel at home here because we attach great importance to cleanliness...! There is also a quick cleaning every now and then during the day... Where can you find something like that? The super comfortable, always clean and spacious beds are also easy to feel good about:-)

We spent a wonderful time with the Spögler family in the Hotel Patrizia. In addition to the location of the hotel, what should be highlighted is the well-kept ambience, the cleanliness, the cuisine, and the warmth and perfection of the staff. I can't decide which evening we had the tastiest menu (choice of main course between meat/fish/vegetarian), it was always great at a high level. A very well-stocked wine cellar completes it. A cleaning facility has been lovingly set up for dogs. Towels are also available here. Our dog felt very comfortable. The morning greeting with a hiking suggestion for the day and other small information was also very nice. The sauna on the upper 4th floor is perfect for relaxing with a view of Merano. This area is also perfectly styled.

We have already used the Patrizia several times for a relaxing holiday. The location, the food and the quality of service are impressive. You respond to your wishes and nothing is too much for you. Florian Spögler and daughter Julia have the hotel firmly under control, which is why they guarantee consistent quality. Last but not least, you can rely on an extremely loyal staff.

Il cibo era davvero ottimo e il personale era molto gentile e disponibile. Io ho ordinato le fettuccine al tartufo davvero squisite tipiche della zona. Lo consiglio ai turisti che viaggiano in quella zona. All'esterno c'era una vasta vegetazioni con molti alberi che realizzavano proprio un effetto rilassante.

My little girl and I stayed for a weekend, it was a wonderful two days. Impeccable service and a very warm welcome are definitely a strong point. My little girl was treated like a princess. We will be back very soon.

Un bel tavolo sotto verdi piante, un piacevole venticello ...abbiamo iniziato con calma il nostro pantagruelico pranzo estivo. Abbastanza soddisfacente,per tamponare la fame,l'antipasto....salato per i salumi e per il prezzo. Ottimi i ravioli alla Patrizia ! Attenzione se ordinerete la tagliata ...porzioni molto abbondanti con conseguenti prezzi altrettanto abbondanti...direi esagerati... Servizio nella norma,personale gentile ma ancora non così attento ad instaurare conversazioni e comunicazioni adeguate con i clienti. Si può migliorare tutto! Lo consiglierei? ...
