Very nice place...the service is fast and professional. Appetizer: breaded buffalo mozzarella bites with polenta and Vigezzo prosciutto...exceptional 😋 Grilled beef rib with potatoes 😋 Excellent quality meat, perfectly cooked...well done 👏👏 Restaurant worth a visit...I recommend it 😉

While searching for a restaurant in Domodossola, I came across this lovely restaurant-pizzeria. It was a lovely evening, with good food, good wine, and good service. Prices were fair for the quality, and it was free of all the gourmet frills and Michelin-starred-style frills. Don't be put off by the unusual name (it was the name of the previous brewery the owners ran), the location (it's in a sort of alley), and even if the waiters ignored you when you entered (the room was full, but we were ignored for five minutes). My beef cheek was cooked perfectly, the mashed potatoes and tapas nabour were balanced and flavorful, my wife's vitello tonnato was very well cooked (pink in the center) with the sauce served on the side, and the bread and milk tart was very simple but delicious. The waitress was friendly but not intrusive and always gave us excellent advice, and the owner was kind and smiling. A distinctive touch: two MV Augustas are on display in the restaurant. I haven't tried the pizzas, which seem very thin and crispy. Well done! I'll definitely be back when I pass through Domodossola again.

Perhaps I should have ordered something else. The pizza was very average. The dough was quite flat, did not taste much fermentation and sauce and cheese was also very plain.

A very elegant venue with attentive, fast staff. The CBT dishes are very good. The pizza, although not cooked in a wood-fired oven, is typically light and delicious. Recommended for an evening with your partner or friends.

Excellent pizza and beer. Good service. However, if I ask for a topping to be substituted (not added), I'd appreciate being informed of the additional cost.

We booked for 9, but due to health issues, we only communicated 30 minutes beforehand that three people would be missing. They were very kind and understood the situation. Even though the restaurant was packed and the owner apologized for the wait for orders (understandable), we ate within a normal timeframe. The pizzas were excellent. As I imagine the other dishes were, visually. A great selection of wines of all price points. The ones we chose, local ones, were remarkable.
