Even though it is a place a little out of this world, it doesn't need advertising because on any Tuesday in May I was there it was practically full, and it is not that small. In any case, it is a real restaurant that at lunchtime weekly has a fixed menu like a trattoria (complete at 13 euros in May 2025), a wide and good choice of dishes, right portions and restaurant quality, decent bulk wine but for those who want to spend a little more there is a nice choice of bottles of local wines (Ovada doc area).

A guarantee for over 20 years that cyclical dining in this restaurant has changed management but the food is always of excellent quality. Highly recommended.

Il mio compagno mi ha portata a pranzo qui perché, dopo esserci stato, ha pensato fosse esattamente il locale per me...ed infatti aveva ragione! Menu casalingo, piatti semplici ma molto buoni, ben presentati. Ottimo lo stoccafisso al verde con patate. Porzioni giuste. Prezzi onesti. Il locale è accogliente, adoro i particolari in legno e l'esposizione di numerosi vini ( in vendita ). Personale gentile e accogliente, carinissimo il ragazzo giovane che ci ha serviti. Mi piacerebbe ritornare con tutta la famiglia.

Lunedì di Pasqua con una coppia di amici. Bella location all'ingresso del centro storico,ottima accoglienza, servizio impeccabile. Abbiamo avuto modo di assaggiare un po' tutta la loro cucina, dall'antipasto al doce: qualità e quantità decisamente al di sopra delle nostre migliori aspettative. Personalmente consiglio ravioli, fritto misto alla piemontese e la" mattonella " come dolce. Tutto quanto ottimo e nulla da eccepire. Prezzi più che onesti. Ci ritorneremo.

Typical Piedmontese food (cima), tagliolini with mushrooms, very fast service, right portions, tiramisu soaked in amaretto instead of coffee. All very good.

A satisfying lunch with traditional dishes, excellent minced meat with hazelnuts and stracciatella. The Piedmontese mixed fried food was particularly dry and thin, which made it tasty and not heavy. Ideal for lunches with friends and celebrations, the room is a little noisy but the view from the windows over the flowering valleys is truly beautiful.
