We visited this quaint, family-run restaurant, renowned for its snails. We tried the snail sampling (with tomato sauce, black pepper, vinegar, and gratin) and the ntuppatieddi (a more refined type of snail). All were truly excellent! Also worthy of mention are the spaghetti alla Sebi (fennel and snails) and the trofei with pork sauce. Finally, a special mention goes to the deconstructed cannoli with artisanal sheep's milk ricotta, available only outside of the summer season and among the best we've ever had. We highly recommend it!
