We ate here for five in early September and had a wonderful time. The food was superb, the risotto with perch even better than years ago! The service was impeccable even though they had a reception at the same time. I hadn't even confirmed the reservation, but they had prepared a table for me.

Un restaurant sympathique où il fait bon dîner autant à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur si la température le permet. Service rapide. Plats traditionnels italiens et également originaux . Ambiance calme et décor apaisant.

Non venivo in questo ristorante da anni, ero abituato a venirci coi miei nonni. Temevo un po' la scelta di tornarci a Pasquetta, giornata di festa durante la quale è facile fare scivoloni e sbagliare il servizio. Invece siamo stati molto bene, menù alla carta di buon livello ed un ottimo servizio, molto cortese. Per qualche portata abbiamo aspettato un po' di più, ma neanche troppo, in una giornata di festa con il locale pieno e menù alla carta assolutamente tempi più che accettabili. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Enjoy Verbella - ristorante & piscina

12/10/2025: It's hard to find restaurants in tourist areas that offer good food and reasonable value. Verbella Restaurant is a welcome exception because you pay a fair price for quality cuisine. The pizzas are also very popular, and while they're delicious, unfortunately, their selection is limited; if I remember correctly, the selection used to be wider. My advice to the restaurant's management is to offer more pizzas with more options on the menu. The service is friendly, simple, yet attentive. The restaurant is well-organized, overlooking the restaurant's swimming pool and the Ticino River, so you can enjoy the pleasant view while dining.
