Excellent restaurant, impeccable service, we ate traditional Lombard dishes, risotto alla milanese with osso buco, and cassouela, really good and well executed. Average high prices, but justified by the excellent quality-price ratio. The desserts are also very good, and the cellar is well stocked, with an excellent wine list, divided by region. We had a great time, and we will definitely be back, to try the other dishes on the menu.

Hotel in a charming location, directly on Lake Varese: perfect for a relaxing walk with a view. Very kind and welcoming staff, and I also found a small gift in the room, a simple but very welcome gesture. The bed was a little uncomfortable, and this affected the rest. Overall, a good choice for those looking for tranquility and attention to detail, with room to make the experience even more comfortable.

Molto buoni i primi e la carne, un po’ meno il pesce che ha scelto mia mamma, ma per il resto tutto buonissimo! I dolci erano la fine del mondo!

Recensione limitata in quanto abbiamo preso soltanto un piatto, trattandosi di un pranzo veloce. Il locale è di un'eleganza classica, il servizio è professionale. La cucina, per quello che abbiamo provato, di buon livello.

15/06/2025: Wonderful welcome, very kind and helpful owner. We booked for a weekday, we had no trouble finding a place, perhaps also because we are not yet in the middle of the summer period. Located in a very quiet and silent place, we had lunch with simple but carefully prepared dishes. The cake, the "Dolce di Varese", was delicious and soft, as the owner explained to us, made by them with yellow corn flour, as is the bread we used to accompany the meal. We are a bit far away, but I hope to return because I also want to try their polenta :-)))

09/06/2025: Celebrated 50th wedding anniversary. Mr. Mario and his staff proved to be truly serious and reliable professionals. Everything went well and everyone was extremely satisfied with the service and the quality of the menu. A heartfelt thank you.
03/06/2025: We organized an aperitif lunch for an event. Mr. Mario recommended a customized menu that satisfied all the guests. Zero km products Tidy and welcoming place. The garden is also very beautiful. The owners and staff are very kind and helpful.
