At the Vecchia Fattoria I rediscovered the value of time, that of cooking as it once was, with hands and fire. The grilled meat is simply incredible, carefully chosen and cooked before my eyes, without tricks or shortcuts. Each dish tells of the land, the seasonality, the agricultural culture of those who still believe that simplicity is a luxury. The atmosphere is rustic but refined, the service is warm without ever being intrusive. It's a place where you don't just go to eat, but to feel part of something real. Highly recommended for those looking for authenticity, not appearance.

A culinary experience not to be missed! Sardinian cuisine is excellently represented, with dishes that highlight local products and tradition.
