A beautiful traditional restaurant, both inside and out in the summer. The sciatt and pizzoccheri are undoubtedly the best in Livigno, and to top it all off, they also have an excellent vegan menu. The attentive, kind, and friendly staff make the difference every time I return.

I returned to the Hotel Valtellina again this year, and once again I was able to experience the excellent customer service. The atmosphere is family-friendly, with great professionalism and attention to detail from all the staff. Meticulously cleaned. The restaurant is a real highlight, always surpassing itself with its traditional cuisine and refined dishes with a wide selection. Breakfast is superb!!! I recommend everyone try it and believe it!

My review only concerns the restaurant; we weren't at the hotel.
Simply some of the best meat I've ever eaten. The beef tartare is decadent, it's so excellent. The venison carpaccio is to die for, it's so tender and flavorful.
The rest of the meal as well.
I'm only giving it 4 stars, not 5, because the service, while very professional, competent, and attentive, lacks warmth, and that's something important to us.

Congratulations to all the staff at the Valtellina hotel, we had a really good time, a convenient location for a pleasant walk towards the centre. The hotel is fortunately located far from the chaos of Livigno's nightlife, but at the same time close to many beautiful shops and commercial activities.
Very nice and comfortable room, but above all... the hotel cuisine is amazing, especially for the meat!
I recommend half board to everyone, you won't regret it, in fact many people also came from outside to try the cuisine.
The girls and boys at table service are very cute and friendly! Compliments

We went to this restaurant for lunch without using the hotel. The food is really good at the right price, the waiters and the owner are really very friendly and kind and the service is quite fast.
