cheaper restaurant than others in the area to eat white truffles which in themselves are expensive. 5,000 euros per kg for white truffles. 25 or 30 euros per dish with truffles. However less than the 45-50 of other places. And the quality here is excellent. Environment that could use some modernization but since we don't eat tables and chairs, that's fine!

We picked our own white truffles with Franco; it’s an adventure every year!! Then the meal in his restaurant... only locals! A marvel!

White truffle! A truffle menu with several dishes is served here. Difficult to see a menu. Here, freshly picked Alba white truffle is served and it is grated over the food a-la-minute. An experience! But it is relatively high price level. We ate: - Carpaccio, a slightly thicker version of veal with freshly grated white truffle (5*) - Pasta, Spaghetti with freshly grated white truffle (5*) - Wine, local Barbera (3*)

04/01/2025: Simple but nice atmosphere. The dishes are good. Slightly high prices. Nonetheless, a positive experience.
20/12/2024: Everything is good, the pizzas, the meats, the fried foods, in a nice, large, very bright and clean place. Despite the size, even with almost all the table seats occupied, the noise level remained within more than acceptable limits.
