A place I found by chance, seemingly lost in the woods around Acqui Terme. A pleasant surprise. Very welcoming and with a typically Piedmontese menu. The truffle takes pride of place. Personally, I can't resist their bollito misto: magnificent! The sauce is always excellent. The menu is truly varied. Traveling between Piedmont and Liguria, it's always a favorite lunch spot. #1 on my list of culinary destinations.

Since 1919, the restaurant has been a trusted source of hospitality and a great gastronomic tradition. Three generations dedicated to authentic cuisine and quality products. A must-try for lovers of good food. We went with friends for a truffle lunch and found excellence. No-frills cuisine, made with top-quality products, at reasonable prices. We were all very satisfied. We'll be back to try the other delicious dishes on the menu. Well done!

A 5+ star experience! At the Vallerana Dancing Restaurant, the white truffle is the real star—and Franco himself searches for it! You know where the truffle comes from, and you can taste it: the intense, authentic scent of the Madonna. We chose the white truffle tasting menu: an incredible journey of flavors, each dish better than the last. And then there's Franco... so friendly, kind, and genuine. We always return with great pleasure—an absolute must for those who love good food and authentic atmosphere! 🍽️✨

14/11/2025: A must-stop on my overnight and daily Genoa-Tortona route. The place is very welcoming, resembling a mountain cabin, always tidy and clean, unlike many other Autogrills. The staff is equally professional and friendly, serving excellent coffee and all the chain's signature products.

17/02/2026: Stopped for breakfast and a great selection of pastries and a very clean place.
04/12/2025: The stuffed focaccia is delicious and well-filled! Excellent coffee. Very friendly staff. The only drawback is the limited number of tables in the bar area, and the interior is a bit dated, but the quality makes up for it.
