17/07/2026: When we first arrived in Arquata Scrivia, we went to eat at Ristorante Dely. We felt right at home. Wonderful aromas wafted from the kitchen, every dish was delicious, and the attention from the staff was fantastic, professional, and exceptional. Yes, if it's about feeling at home and eating with the aromas of the region, I highly recommend it.

14/10/2025: A charming restaurant in the picturesque Pisterna district. The food is delicious, carefully prepared, and plentiful. The Acquese-style stockfish is excellent. A good selection of wines at a reasonable price. Friendly and helpful staff. We'll definitely be back.
05/10/2025: Perfect! One day in Acqui Terme, we happened to be wandering through the narrow streets and spotted this restaurant. We immediately noticed its charming and beautiful outdoor area filled with colorful flowers! We stopped for lunch and were greeted by a very kind man who provided impeccable and attentive service. The dishes were very well prepared, delicious, and presented with care and elegance. We loved the good, typical Piedmontese cuisine, along with a few revisited dishes. We'd definitely return during truffle season. :)
