During my one-night stay, I had the pleasure of dining in the hotel restaurant. The cuisine was high-quality, meticulously prepared with great attention to presentation, and, importantly, at a more than fair price. All the dishes I ate were top-notch. The veal cheek braised in Nebbiolo was superb! The well-kept and welcoming rooms make this hotel, which should have at least 4 stars, not 2, the ideal place for a relaxing stay.

I have been to the restaurant several times, the quality and competence of the staff is indisputable, everything is excellent.

This is our second time dining at this restaurant. Always an excellent choice. The restaurant is very well-kept, with a beautiful mountain setting. We'd stayed at this hotel before, but hadn't tried the food. This time we did, and we were thrilled...everything was excellent! The dining room is tastefully decorated and very welcoming. The dishes are well-prepared, made with top-quality ingredients. The young woman who served us was very kind and helpful. Overall, an absolutely positive experience. I recommend this restaurant if you want to enjoy excellent dishes.

We needed a place to get away from it all: stress, work, and the frenzy of city life. For us, it was a discovery, a refuge. Everything slows down. The owners are incredibly kind, as is all the staff. The restaurant is excellent, with homemade pasta that's top-notch. The room is beautiful, warm, and welcoming. Sleeping with the sound of the river was incredibly relaxing, as was the super mattress! Excellent breakfast and everyone was so friendly. Thank you so much!

An excellent stay, very welcoming, and readily available to help with anything we needed. We had all our meals there during Christmas week. We will definitely return after spring. I highly recommend this excellent place.

This is our second time dining here, and we're truly satisfied with every dish, where you can see the care taken in the preparation and taste the quality of the ingredients. What more can I say... more than a recommendation... absolutely worth trying... especially in a place that's now among the few... where the customer is the center of attention... with a ban on pets in the dining room... 10 stars!!

I had to stay one night in Pesio and chose this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, the room and bathroom were beautiful and spacious, and the price was fair. Unfortunately, I couldn't try the restaurant (which everyone else raves about) because it was closed on Monday. Never mind. Maybe next time.

We just returned from a three-night stay at the hotel, and I feel like giving it a well-deserved 5 stars. Cristina is super kind, welcoming, and helpful, and every dish Stefano makes is exquisite. Erica is a true star of this hotel, very loving, resourceful, and very patient. Highly recommended

One night stay. Very nice, with attention to detail. Friendly and helpful staff. The only flaw that doesn't deserve 4 stars is that it's just a personal obsession of mine. I didn't appreciate the TV in the dining room, with music that wasn't appropriate for dinner, and in the breakfast area. I love eating without distractions. Just my preference. Otherwise, everything was perfect. Beautiful rooms, spotlessly clean and hygienic. The dinner was also fantastic, well-prepared, with generous portions and a nice layout. Thank you! We'll be back, even if it's a little far from the Prato Nevoso slopes. But it's worth it.
