My daughter's confirmation lunch, what can I say... even if I wanted to find a flaw I wouldn't be able to, everything was exceptional, attention to detail, perfect from start to finish. Very high quality, professionalism and precision, splendid location, in short... if you want to be on the safe side this is the right place! All the guests complimented me on my choice ❤️

Monica is an exceptional host, I have never seen so much professionalism and competence, attention to detail, good taste and kindness contained in a single woman who supports the entire structure and who goes out of her way for you. The place is magnificent, a flat expanse of olive trees and grass with laurel hedges that separate the pretty little houses from each other, instilling great peace. The swimming pool is one of the most beautiful and well-kept I have ever been to but above all accessible even for those who do not have great mobility. The excellent restaurant and super local cuisine and ingredients. What can I say... I'm so sorry to leave!!!

Well-kept farmhouse surrounded by greenery 15 minutes from the sea! The swimming pool and the accommodation are beautiful!!!!! They accept dogs and our puppy Tessa had a blast!

Even if we have it a few steps from home...here you always feel like you're on holiday. Garden, restaurant...everything with great attention to detail. The restaurant brings out truly delicious dishes, both local and revisited.

Nice farmhouse, nice location, beautiful swimming pool, good food. Mr. Stefano is very kind, his wife much less so. Sometimes this can be enough to not be fully satisfied.

I have been a couple of times with other families in this enchanting country house, located on the hills of Colli al Metauro The location is excellent, all around you can admire the rolling fields in bloom, the structure is very large, there are several rooms and apartments, a beautiful swimming pool and many other services included for those who stay overnight Attached is the restaurant, open to the public, with the possibility of eating outdoors The cuisine is purely Marche, with homemade pasta, fresh and local raw materials We ate very well, we relaxed in the large garden, a truly excellent place, especially recommended for families with children Top!!!

Beautiful, pleasant and peaceful site. Large private car park and huge swimming pool with separate hydromassage. Lots of greenery: lawns, hedges, oleanders, olive trees and gardens kept with obsessive care! The managers Monica and Stefano with Marco are very kind and welcoming. Very large mini-apartments complete with kitchen and wifi. The restaurant offers very high quality dishes (truffles, Angus, DOP cheeses) and a large selection of wines. We stayed 8 days and it is one of the best resorts my wife and I have stayed at. In a strategic position between the sea (Fano, Torrette, Matotta, Misano, Senigallia) and the very rich hinterland (Urbino, Jesi, Pesaro, San Leo, San Marino, Mondavio, Cagli, Fossombrone, Loreto, Recanati)
