Beautiful, pleasant and peaceful site. Large private car park and huge swimming pool with separate hydromassage. Lots of greenery: lawns, hedges, oleanders, olive trees and gardens kept with obsessive care! The managers Monica and Stefano with Marco are very kind and welcoming. Very large mini-apartments complete with kitchen and wifi. The restaurant offers very high quality dishes (truffles, Angus, DOP cheeses) and a large selection of wines. We stayed 8 days and it is one of the best resorts my wife and I have stayed at. In a strategic position between the sea (Fano, Torrette, Matotta, Misano, Senigallia) and the very rich hinterland (Urbino, Jesi, Pesaro, San Leo, San Marino, Mondavio, Cagli, Fossombrone, Loreto, Recanati)

Excellent structure, very well kept and clean with a beautiful swimming pool and good location for various visits to the surrounding area. Osteria with normal prices and good products expertly introduced by the owners, always kind and smiling. A structure where it is easy to relax and enjoy peace and quality gastronomic products! We didn't use it but it also has a Finnish sauna and bio sauna (and perhaps more that I missed). I will definitely be back!

Professionalism, experience and hard work reward Monica and Stefano in leading this splendid structure, surrounded by greenery and silence, in the deserved direction. It feels at home.

We spent a weekend in May and had a very good time: the care for the flowers and garden, the cleaning of the swimming pool, perfect hospitality, a well-kept and intimate spa. The apartment was clean and the bed was comfortable. Furthermore, you can get lost in the nearby country roads. Advised!

Nice weekend spent in this beautiful place. We took advantage of the lunch, aperitif, dinner and spa service. The spa left us very surprised... it deserves it. The restaurant surprised us a lot with its dishes but honestly the prices of the dishes, for example the first courses, are quite high... and the portions aren't even large considering that we didn't take expensive dishes... a tagliatella with ragù, a tortello in broth... You are forced to eat there because there is nothing around. But the hospitality was all good too!
