02/06/2025: All very good. Price a little high.
Service is kind but disorganized.
Personal opinion: Some discounts are
welcome if a customer comes often.
For example, an Amaro can be a kind gesture if two people spend more than 40 euros each on wine and food.
27/05/2025: Wow, what was that?
Behind the commercial area, a temple of gourmet delights!
Our (test) meal: 1 x fish antipasti platter, for the two of us. Hot plate: fried anchovies in olive sauce, octopus.
Cold plate: cuttlefish, sardines, (sufficient/little) smoked salmon.
Dolce: tiramisu.
Service: attentive, even at the visibly end of our meal, bread (3 varieties!) was brought. No pressure to order more.
At the next table: mussels, a generous portion. Fritto misto, even more generous. Turbot, super delicious with lots of vegetables. At the table, hot and steaming, expertly divided and prepared for enjoyment. Art.
The guests: lively, informal, late, casual, open. Connoisseurs.
The dining room: not homey, rustic, ordinary, authentic; some guests would say cold.
The food is the star—the collaborative effort of the chefs and the service.
Italian seafood at its best. Bravo, da capo.
