The place is small, but well-kept and clean. The service was good, and the person who served us—I'm not sure if it was the owner—was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was also very kind in not charging us for a dish, even though we ate it, because we asked because the quality wasn't good. That's never happened to me. I'll definitely be back if I'm in the area again.

We stopped by on our way back from vacation. What can I say? We ended on a high note with excellent first courses and exceptional prosciutto. We'll be back.

11/03/2026: Well... the first time I stumbled upon it by chance, and it was the last available room. I use hotels for work, it was the Parma machine tool fair. This time, even more out of desperation, I managed to find an available room. Always in their style, meticulously maintained and contemporary, as well as being ultra-clean to the point of being immaculate. The owners were extremely helpful, and for a moment it crossed my mind that they could read my mind, as they accommodated all my needs without me even sharing them with them. So... I recommend it as the first hotel to call when you want to stay in Parma. ClauDio
