Ristorante UNA Hotel Cusani In Milano

Bella location, tavoli ben distribuiti e mise en place minima ma molto carina. Ambiente pulito, silenzioso e con vista su piazza castello. Servizio veramente top, un grazie speciale a Rima e Luigino, conducono la sala perfettamente con molta simpatia e professionalità. Abbiamo assaggiato il risotto alla milanese con medaglione di ossobuco, preparato espresso e buonissimo, servito in un piatto di ghisa che mantiene il calore perfettamente! Top! Poi una cotoletta alla milanese in due (porzioni abbondanti!) cotta bene, alta il giusto, con l’osso è veramente succosa. Carta dei vini ampia e ragionevolmente nei prezzi, il prosecco rosè era veramente rotondo, bilanciato e giusto per accompagnare dei piatti belli sostanziosi. Torneremo sicuramente presto per assaggiare altre creazioni dello chef e per la simpatia della sala!

The hotel is just a stone throw away from the centrale station. Staff is friendly and accommodating. We went early in the morning, so they offered to keep our luggage until 2pm checkin time. Breakfast was pretty good, had enough options, and ingredients were fresh. The only issue we faced was that the ac was turned off so much that normal fan was also off because they said they were not allowed to turn ac on! Keeping windows open was impossible to sleep because the noise from trams passing by every few minutes was too loud even on the 13th floor. We were sweating throughout the night. A couple couldn't do "anything." Hence, we checked out and stayed at crown plaza airport hotel where ac was on full blast!! If this is the city rule to force people to live sweating, then it's a stupid rule. Although hoyel staff was apologetic, it didn't help me and my wife to sleep two nights without ac.

Hotel in a great location with service adequate to 4 stars. Beautiful glass in the hall and restaurant. We stayed in room 224, comfortable with a spacious and functional bathroom; the flaw noted, which did not allow a higher rating, is that the room was dark, with little light from the outside (it overlooks an internal courtyard) and, above all, low and not rational distribution of lights inside. Excellent restaurant. We will definitely return (asking for another room 😄).

Had a fantastic one-night stay at UNAHOTELS Cusani Milano. The hotel is excellent, with lovely rooms that are both stylish and comfortable. The food and drinks were well priced, adding to the overall great experience. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Milan!

Very clean rooms, spacious, bathrooms very clean as well. Cannot recommend enough, among the nicer places we’ve stayed in, nearby shopping and food options are plentiful and the restaurant is also very good.

Great location 8 minutes from Duomo. Amazing staff, check in was super quick and we even got a free room upgrade, and the rooms were great, only negative was that windows are not very soundproof and at night we heard a lot of sounds from outside. Everything was clean, tidy. Breakfast is amazing, there is just enough food to choose from, everything tastes great. I must reccomend eggs and croissant.

My stay at UNA was really fantastic. The room was very comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect.

other times I have stayed in structures belonging to the chain and I have never been disappointed; the rooms are beautiful, functional and equipped with every comfort that makes the stay truly pleasant. the staff is very kind and helpful and the cuisine, which we tried for both breakfast and dinner, is really of a high standard.
