Had a great stay in this hotel. Great spot, good service and comfortable room!

During my stay in Milan, I had the pleasure of staying at UNAHOTELS Cusani and I can only speak enthusiastically about it. The hotel's location is simply perfect: located between the Sforza Castle and the Duomo, it allows you to walk to the main attractions of the center and immerse yourself in the pulsating heart of the city. As soon as I arrived I was greeted by a friendly, professional and helpful staff, who made every interaction pleasant. The hall is elegant and cared for in detail, immediately transmitting a sense of welcome and quality. The room was modern, clean and quiet, equipped with every comfort: very comfortable bed, spacious bathroom with excellent quality courtesy products, silent air conditioning and fast Wi-Fi. Another strong point was the breakfast: very rich, with a wide selection of sweet and savory, fresh products and options also for those with intolerances. The dining room staff was attentive and smiling, helping to start the day in the best way. In short, UNAHOTELS Cusani is the ideal choice for those looking for an elegant, comfortable and central stay in Milan. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to experience the city in style and comfort.

It is distinguished by the location only, but the service is not good, and the bed is tired and worn out, and I do not recommend breakfast for less than 3 stars, and the baggage handling service upon departure is light-handed. Be careful when searching the bags when he lowers them, because I know what I put in them and nothing happened 😆 because I lowered the bag that contained the expensive thing with me. Anyway, Milan is full of thieves. Be careful. It is useful to shop carefully and make sure of the prices. It makes a difference to you. The tax is only returned, and the prices are not like others

This was a unique find as it was our first time to Milan. I wanted something that was a good location but that wouldn't break the bank and this property came through. First and foremost is the staff which could not have been more helpful. They were professional and courteous and generally just willing to help in any way possible. The rooms are very clean and appointed well., Our only concern was that our room was on the first floor which was a great location however, the trolly that runs directly outside of our window is old and very noisy so sleeping was a problem. I would certainly stay at this hotel again but I would request an upper floor. Again, not a show-stopper. For the location and value I would not hesitate to recommend this property.

Extremely well located hotel, good sized rooms, excellent bathroom. This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel, and I will return again. The breakfast is spectacular.

My partner and I ended up here by chance after having had problems with a reservation at another property. It was the middle of the night and they found us a room right away. There I thank both for the understanding of the moment and for the economic treatment (in particular the boy with long hair and glasses at the reception). They paid attention to the price which was not obvious and I thank them. Impeccable staff, everything perfect, breakfast, cleanliness, services. We will be back.

Bella location, tavoli ben distribuiti e mise en place minima ma molto carina. Ambiente pulito, silenzioso e con vista su piazza castello. Servizio veramente top, un grazie speciale a Rima e Luigino, conducono la sala perfettamente con molta simpatia e professionalità. Abbiamo assaggiato il risotto alla milanese con medaglione di ossobuco, preparato espresso e buonissimo, servito in un piatto di ghisa che mantiene il calore perfettamente! Top! Poi una cotoletta alla milanese in due (porzioni abbondanti!) cotta bene, alta il giusto, con l’osso è veramente succosa. Carta dei vini ampia e ragionevolmente nei prezzi, il prosecco rosè era veramente rotondo, bilanciato e giusto per accompagnare dei piatti belli sostanziosi. Torneremo sicuramente presto per assaggiare altre creazioni dello chef e per la simpatia della sala!

Unglaublich tolles Restaurant im Hotel Uns, das für jedermann zugänglich ist und man sich von dem nicht so angenehmen Bahnhofs-Gebiet gut abhebt und sich sicher und gut bedient fühlt! Auch das Essen ist vorzüglich und der Wein deliziös! Via The Fork gibt's oft noch Preisnachlässe, ideal, da die Preise für die Stadt sehr hoch sind...

The hotel is just a stone throw away from the centrale station. Staff is friendly and accommodating. We went early in the morning, so they offered to keep our luggage until 2pm checkin time. Breakfast was pretty good, had enough options, and ingredients were fresh. The only issue we faced was that the ac was turned off so much that normal fan was also off because they said they were not allowed to turn ac on! Keeping windows open was impossible to sleep because the noise from trams passing by every few minutes was too loud even on the 13th floor. We were sweating throughout the night. A couple couldn't do "anything." Hence, we checked out and stayed at crown plaza airport hotel where ac was on full blast!! If this is the city rule to force people to live sweating, then it's a stupid rule. Although hoyel staff was apologetic, it didn't help me and my wife to sleep two nights without ac.
