Having lunch at the Ulisse Restaurant in Seravezza was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff. The environment is welcoming and refined, with a rustic and refined atmosphere at the same time. The real protagonist, however, was the food. We ate from the starter to the first and second courses, which led us to discover the best flavors of Tuscan cuisine. Each dish was a true work of art, both in presentation and taste. You could see the passion and attention to detail in every single ingredient. We particularly appreciated the rabbit salad with raisins and pine nuts, trio of appetizers with mushroom carpaccio, salad with horse meat shreds. Stewed wild boar with polenta and duck cooked at low temperature. The selection of wines is also delicious, with high quality local and national labels. The service was impeccable, with attentive and thoughtful waiters who guided us in the choice of dishes and wines. The value for money is excellent, considering the high quality of the food and service. In short, if you are looking for a restaurant where you can enjoy a truly special gastronomic experience, the Ulisse Restaurant is the right place for you. We highly recommend it to all lovers of good food. Recommended for: lovers of good food, special occasions, lunches and dinners. Serata con amici sui tavolini all esterno Preso diversi piatti del menù e tutti trovati decisamente buoni, menzione d'onore al coniglio al ribes. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Tempi di attesa leggermente lunghi ma era Sabato e strapieni, ampiamente giustificabile 2 primi, 2 secondi vino, dolce (che forse è stata la cosa che mi è piaciuta meno) grappa, sui 50euro assolutamente equilibrato. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

Trattoria nell’arredamento. Personale molto disponibile. Abbiamo mangiato pasta ai tartufi neri. Scamorza con abbondante tartufo. Polenta con funghi ottimi. Due dolci e due digestivi più mezza bottiglia di Bruciato. Prezzo 110 euro. Tutto molto buono e prezzo più che congruo. Consigliato.
