I would have expected something better. The place is a classic old tavern whose peculiarity is the little lighting made up of candles inserted in old wine bottles. We ate some dishes without being pleasantly impressed by any of them, the flavors of the main ingredients were not noticeable and even the truffle did not give us particular satisfaction; one of the second courses also had a somewhat strong flavor and it wasn't clear whether it was caused by the spices or by the meat not being preserved well. The lady who served us was very nice and kind, but the owner was not particularly so. In my opinion, what we ate was not worth the advertised quality.

We had lunch in this magnificent place where time seems to have stopped together with our dog (well accepted!). Excellent food (excellent mushrooms!), excellent wine, attentive and discreet service from the owner. The thought of offering a good glass of prosecco at the end of the meal was very welcome. We will definitely be back!

Having lunch at the Ulisse Restaurant in Seravezza was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff. The environment is welcoming and refined, with a rustic and refined atmosphere at the same time. The real protagonist, however, was the food. We ate from the starter to the first and second courses, which led us to discover the best flavors of Tuscan cuisine. Each dish was a true work of art, both in presentation and taste. You could see the passion and attention to detail in every single ingredient. We particularly appreciated the rabbit salad with raisins and pine nuts, trio of appetizers with mushroom carpaccio, salad with horse meat shreds. Stewed wild boar with polenta and duck cooked at low temperature. The selection of wines is also delicious, with high quality local and national labels. The service was impeccable, with attentive and thoughtful waiters who guided us in the choice of dishes and wines. The value for money is excellent, considering the high quality of the food and service. In short, if you are looking for a restaurant where you can enjoy a truly special gastronomic experience, the Ulisse Restaurant is the right place for you.
