Excellent food, perfectly cooked. Very fresh fish. Friendly service, but unfortunately, there were a few glitches, such as dishes not arriving at the same time, and some were forgotten. Nothing serious, considering the genuineness of the staff and the truly excellent quality. Excellent value, especially considering the central location. Just steps from the Rossini Theater.

We wandered in by chance, looking for a restaurant for lunch without a reservation, and were greeted by the very friendly staff. We ordered the cold seafood appetizer, ravioli with sole sauce, and portolatta-style squares (a typical local dish). All the fish was fresh and delicious; the soup was especially worth it! And we finished with a selection of homemade desserts, which are also highly recommended. Reasonable prices. Recommended!

We asked for sauces for the fries and the older gentleman who served us told me that it's not a pizzeria... I already wanted to get up from that point!!!!!!! Never again because if you're a real restaurant, the menus should be removed from the table after you've ordered and the plate for the shells should be left if you order tagliolini with unpeeled seafood in our case!!!!! The receipt isn't detailed, you just add it up and go!

Many restaurants open and then sooner or later give up because, due to inexperience, presumption, or a desire to make a quick buck, they fail to nail their winning formula. Uldergo, on the other hand, in Pesaro is a truly historic institution: a friendly, serious, honest, and competent person who has made seafood a top-notch culinary art. In the many times I've dined at the restaurant and in the countless takeout dishes I've ordered, he's never disappointed me. The quality/price ratio is absolutely excellent from every perspective. The wine list is top-notch. What can I say? A tourist or visitor to the city can't leave Pesaro without experiencing what it means to eat quality seafood at Uldergo's! 🥳🥳🥳

Excellent food, very friendly owners, a place that's not exactly new but has character. I expected more from the grilled fish and would improve the service, which is a bit rushed. The dessert platter is a must-try!

Recommended by the manager of the Benelli Museum (a must-see).
The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff (all family members) were kind and hospitable. We enjoyed an excellent mixed hot and cold seafood appetizer, passatelli with fish sauce, grilled shrimp and cuttlefish skewers, and a tasty side of pan-fried ebette. To finish, homemade zuppa inglese. Everything was fresh and delicious. Prices were below our expectations. Highly recommended!!!
