Recommended by the manager of the Benelli Museum (a must-see). The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff (all family members) were kind and hospitable. We enjoyed an excellent mixed hot and cold seafood appetizer, passatelli with fish sauce, grilled shrimp and cuttlefish skewers, and a tasty side of pan-fried ebette. To finish, homemade zuppa inglese. Everything was fresh and delicious. Prices were below our expectations. Highly recommended!!!

Uldergo, on the other hand, in Pesaro is a true "historical" institution, a friendly, serious, honest and competent person in his profession who has made fish-based catering a top-level culinary art... in the many times I have eaten at the restaurant and in the countless take-away dishes I have ordered he has never disappointed me... absolutely positive quality/price ratio from every point of view... Top-notch wine list... what can I say... a tourist or visitor to the city cannot leave Pesaro if he hasn't experienced what it means to eat quality fish at Uldergo!!

ci siamo affidati totalmente al responsabile del servizio che ci ha portato tanti assaggi di pesce, tutto buonissimo, gustoso e cotto alla perfezione. Vino della casa bianco frizzantino, veramente ottimo. Il conto è onesto per quello che abbiamo gustato. Il proprietario è veramente una persona gentilissima. Torneremo sicuramente e lo consiglieremo a tutti quelli che verrnno a Pesaro.
