Been months ago, the food is very good, great service, great wines! If you don't know where to eat fish in Florence, go here, you won't be disappointed!

Very nice atmosphere. Kind and welcoming staff. Both the appetizers and the first courses are delicious. The desserts are also excellent. I will definitely return.

Ristorante posto a poca distanza dall’uscita di Firenze sud dell’autostrada, il Tuga offre una cucina di mare fatta con materia prima di buona qualità che non mi ha del tutto convinto. Il panko che avvolgeva i gamberoni fritti era forse troppo spesso e ne sovrastava il sapore anche se la frittura era croccante ed asciutta e la salsa agrodolce di accompagnamento buona. I pici cacio e pepe con polpa di ricci di mare non esaltavano il sapore dei ricci anche questo annullato dal pepe e dall’intenso sapore del formaggio. Buona la cottura del branzino al forno, ma costringere i commensali a pulire il pesce alle dieci di sera con una luce non troppo forte non mi e’ sembrata una scelta azzeccata. Buono il servizio e rapporto qualità prezzo sufficiente

Locale molto curato, moderno, accattivante e ben arredato, si trova poco sopra Ponte a Ema: unico neo la vista sull'autostrada A1. Sicuramente più carino d'estate che in questa stagione. Per il resto buona offerta di piatti di pesce, molto particolari e di ottima qualità. Riguardo gli antipasti buonissima la tartare di tonno ed anche il polpo (assaggiato dalla consorte). Non male nemmeno la grigliata di pesce, mentre non mi hanno convinto i dolci (tra l'altro non una gran scelta). Carta dei vini un po' limitato in relazione all'ottimo cibo. Lo staff decisamente cordiale e disponibilissimo, i tempi di attesa ragionevoli. Conto nella media considerando che si magia il pesce a Firenze.

05/07/2025: The only ones complaining are the little mads who are outraged that they were not welcomed with torn bombs and a whole fleet of trolleys xD The place is good, for 30 euros in 2025 with two people you leave very, very well fed (unless someone needs half a slaughtered pig to eat, then you can ignore this aspect). It is quite loud, but this is Florence and the place is in one of the narrow streets, where every now and then a scooter drives by or a local walks by and greets the staff. The service is nice, entrance from the street during the tourist season without a queue in the afternoon. The waitresses are energetic, if they could they would probably talk to people all day. The pizza is good - simply good. There is no need to say more. When I am in Florence I will definitely visit this place again. It has the charm of such a simple, roadside, but good Italian restaurant with good pizza. Certainly 5 stars, and if someone complains, it's only a little girl with a bubbler who didn't get water or just a regular little onion who wanted to go and just eat, with grace leave 15 euros and be the prince on the estate, the only customer around whom the staff has to jump and dance. I definitely recommend!
