Among many restaurants, this is an absolute gem. Although it is not very visible, the enjoyment of the food and the place where the restaurant is located will bring tears to your eyes. We had pasta fileja with seafood, where the seafood was absolutely fresh, the pasta homemade and the taste unbeatable. I do not like tomatoes and the waiter himself offered to make me a version without tomatoes!! The second dish we had beef steak from local farming. We have not tasted such an excellent taste of beef for a long time. Then the owner Roberto came and answered all our questions about the food, the origin of the meat with grace. Each of the waiters knows what to do and they serve a great performance, especially señor Anys and señor with glasses Claudio. And dessert? We have no words. We will gladly return to this place whenever we are nearby. Definitely worth a visit. Once again, many thanks!

Very welcoming and kind owners and the staff is not only prepared and fast but also very friendly. It is a beautiful restaurant located inside an alley that leads to a small square very easy to reach on foot following the directions on Maps. The Chef is a book of culinary knowledge and each of his dishes is prepared with great care and everything is delicious. We spent a truly wonderful evening not only for the dishes served but also for the pleasant company and availability of all the staff who really have a strong union and who gave us moments of many smiles. If you want to eat well with high-end dishes but with a cost within everyone's reach you must stop here!

Prices are like everywhere, food is ok, but of course you have to choose the additions to the fish. I chose a salad - I got a bowl of chopped iceberg lettuce, onion slices and tomato quarters... Without anything, no oil or sauce. The service was a bit like a punishment. At first we didn't get a menu, after eating the waiter pushed drinks and desserts, when I refused he asked why not? The general atmosphere was strange, the waiters have some kind of headphone system, you feel like you're on some kind of terminal, you can constantly hear their humming and these various sounds like from a toki toki 🙈 plastic tables shaking terribly. The quintessence of everything were the plates... They served the appetizer on plastic plates, the reusable kind. One of the main courses was also on plastic...

Excellent food, super friendly and nice staff, top-notch chef. The almond wood smoked shrimp with figs and stracciatella is something superlative. Perfect evening for two with a conclusion in the company of the local guitarist and a chat with the staff at the end of the service. Two minutes from the terrace overlooking the sea of ​​Tropea. Outside, large boards advertise menus. Once seated, a completely different menu is served. If you then specifically ask for a dish from the outside advertisement, a second menu is brought. The displeasure is then quite blatantly expressed to the guests. I have rarely felt so unwelcome. The value for money of the second menu was quite good!

Dopo due anni sono tornata in questo ristorante che avevo scoperto. Le mie aspettative sono state di gran lunga superate da piatti nuovi creati da chef Daniele. Piatti delicati, ricchi di sapore e di presentazione ottima. Inoltre ho anche scoperto che, gli stessi proprietari, hanno aperto un piccolo bistrot a fianco, che ovviamente ho testato. Tutto perfetto, complimenti!

Sono stata a cena in questo ristorantino nel centro storico di tropea con mio marito a Settembre. Gia dall'antipasto abbiamo intuito la passione e la cura nella preparazione dei piatti: pesce freschissimo, sapori mediterranei autentici, presentazione ottima. A seguire due squisiti primi piatti consigliati dalla signora gaia, scelta azzeccatissima! Per il dolce non avevamo più spazio, amaro offerto dalla casa e conto onestissimo! Se abitassimo a tropea sarebbe sicuramente un punto di riferimento.. un grazie particolare alla simpatia e alla gentilezza della signora gaia! A presto!
