We found it by chance and it was the best thing in Rome, the waiters were very nice and attentive and the food was spectacular, from the risotto of the day to the panna cota. If we return to Rome we will definitely repeat.

Nice atmosphere and very nice people working there / service. Unfortunately the quality of food and price is aimed to tourists. So I find it below average quality and taste across a nice place like Rome.

Siamo venuti per la serata a tema Francesinha , che era tanto attesa dal mio gruppo di amici! Oltre alla francesinha classica e quella al baccalà (veramente ottime) abbiamo preso come antipasto due piatti tipici portoghesi: pastel de bacalhau e chorizo, niente da ridire , ci sembrava proprio di essere tornati in Portogallo! Camerieri sempre disponibili e accudenti per ogni richiesta! Ci torneremo assolutamente per assaggiare altri piatti! Solo una nota da segnalare per la locandina della serata che non era aderente alla figura della francesinha, e quindi per chi non la conosceva si aspettava un comune toast!

Bonne cuisine mais service exécrable !! Restaurant derrière le Vatican recommandé par le cartoguide de Rome. Ils nous ont porté des plats différents de ceux commandés, nous n'avons rien dit...nous voulions de l'eau du robinet, réponse du serveur : impossible Ils n'ont porté aucun parmesan pour les pâtes et la salade verte n'a eu aucun assaisonnement, j'ai été obligé de leur demander ce qui les a apparemment agacés ! A éviter il y a d'autres restaurants à Rome

11/06/2025: I don't come here very often but every time I leave satisfied. Very nice place and large outdoor space that even if crowded still manages to be pleasant. The staff are all nice and efficient. Good pizzas and supplì, good meat and good pasta, in short everything good and at a fair price.
06/06/2025: The food is good, price is right. But I waited 1 hour for four pizzas and it was a weekday.

30/04/2025: La mejor comida de nuestro tiempo aquí en Roma. Teníamos la pasta con trufa negra, espaguetis con salchicha y cerdo con manzana. Todos estábamos muy contentos con nuestra comida. El servicio fue eficiente, el hijo del cocinero dirige el servicio y agrega un gran toque personal. Definitivamente volveré:)
12/12/2024: Restaurante diferente a lo que te encuentras en Roma. Francesco es un buen anfitrión, pero lo mejor de todo es la mano en la cocina de la Mamá y su esposa, muy buena materia prima y bodega excepcional, no te pierdas el tiramisú
