Balanzoni, spinach and ricotta made on the spot and then covered with a veil of parmesan fondue have delighted the palates of many. Excellent!

What an absolutely delicious meal and I have high standards when it comes to food this place is truly amazing! If you’re in this city and you don’t try this restaurant bad luck for you because you would’ve missed out on something very special, atmosphere is amazing. The service is fantastic and the food is absolutely incredible hardly ever eat dessert out but today I decided to order three deserts amongst us And we could’ve ordered more. The meals couldn’t have been more delicious than they already were. Drinks were breathtaking totally recommend it.

Primera noche en Bolonia y cenamos en la trattoria Mario. La salsa boloñesa estaba muy buena. La pasta fresca es lo que la hace tan buena. Pedí los scaloppini de ternera en una salsa de vinagreta balsámica. Sobresaliente. Esta es una visita obligada mientras estás en Bolonia

Este es un restaurante muy popular. Muchos habituales. El flan de patata con trufas negras porcini n estaba incre blemente delicioso. La pasta con embutidos era buena: la carne a la parrilla era tierna y muy bien equilibrada. Tortellini con salvia Ricotta n espinacas en crema era sabroso. El plato de berenjena fue apreciado. Su Risotto puede ser mejorado. El servicio era bueno, se hablaba inglés y sonrisas por todas partes. Disfrutamos de nuestra comida. Volveré seguro.

28/05/2025: We went for lunch on the advice of a friend, and I must say that we immediately had a great time. The owner welcomed us with professionalism and made us sit in a neat and well-kept room. Typical Bolognese menu with truly excellent Lasagne and Tagliatelle Verdi and to finish, mascarpone with chocolate flakes.. Unfortunately due to the limited time available we were unable to try the second courses... And it will be a great reason to return.. Excellent, abundant and recommended 😌

16/05/2025: Excellent restaurant with typical dishes. Unfortunately it is often crowded and without a reservation you cannot find a place like last time.
15/05/2025: I have been to this restaurant twice, months apart. The first time I was very impressed, I really liked the food. The second time it was still good but I wasn't thrilled. The service has always been good, the staff is friendly and easy-going. I personally like the atmosphere and it is typical of a restaurant, convivial and noisy. If you like to eat in silence and talk in a low voice, this is not the place for you. The prices are fair, if you want to get an idea, the menu is available on the website. I have always found free parking in the area and booked conveniently via WhatsApp.
