A tour of Bologna on a Sunday in January, we were hungry and wanted typical dishes, we went into this restaurant and I must say that we were completely satisfied.
Everything was excellent from the appetizer to the first courses, exceptional tortellini, both in broth and with parmesan cream, delicious green lasagna. Typical tavern atmosphere and kind and friendly staff....

Excellent lasagna, although a little too loaded. Good grilled vegetables. Good ricotta and spinach ravioli, especially the filling. Courteous and fast.

Osteria located just outside the central area of Bologna. Welcomed really well and with great kindness, fast service and traditional food in line with expectations. Special mention for the cutlet, perhaps a little below the tortellini. Warm and traditional atmosphere

Guests of relatives, we came to this characteristic Bolognese restaurant, with proposals for typical local cuisine. We chose baked lasagna, tasty and well stuffed, and cappelletti in broth. First courses definitely recommended for their goodness. Then, again to stay on the Bolognese theme, sublime Bolognese cutlets. Then from Emiliano we chose mortadella and parmesan and aubergines parmigiana. Finished lunch with trifle and delicious mascarpone. A restaurant that we didn't know about and which turned out to be a beautiful reality. Location in the historic center, friendly staff. Access on foot. You park a little far away but the walk builds up an appetite. Recommended restaurant.

The Balanzoni (pasta filled with Parmesan and mortadella) was simply delicious.
We were able to watch them being freshly made by hand.

Nice place prices in the. On average in Bologna, coming from Carpi, the pizzas are 30% cheaper but very good
