The starters were very good (veal with tuna delicious and the pumpkin soufflé also excellent). The tajarin are good, but I would have preferred a little more ragù (like the good southerner I am 🤣). However, everything was very good, even the desserts. Very competitive quality/price ratio. Top quality ingredients and homemade dishes. I will definitely come back.

Quick stop in this place for a quick lunch after the visit to the castle... Nice experience, excellent gnocchi and trio of starters. Maybe the place needs to be renovated a bit, but we'll be back

After the visit to the castle of Grinzane Cavour I had lunch at the Salinera restaurant. I took the menu of the day. A trio of appetizers and Gnocchetti with tomato and mint. Truly delicious. A bottle of Barbera d'Alba at an excellent price and finally I bought a bottle of hazelnut liqueur from them at a very advantageous price. The service is impeccable and the setting on the first floor is very intimate. I congratulate you.

Very tasty, food prepared quickly, trouble-free service. We recommend ravioli and tagliatelle, very light and fresh dishes. Local wines on the menu.

13/12/2024: A welcoming, warm place full of very particular details. Beyond the excellent cuisine, the little gems - like a corner in front of the fireplace where you can enjoy a digestive at the end of the meal with a plaid and dried fruit, but also sweets of all kinds - that make you feel at home, are particularly striking Lorenzo's welcome, who is, in all respects, an impeccable host at the Locanda. Preparation and kindness make the stay even more characteristic, as does a pleasant chat with the chef. Well done, a special dinner in every sense. If we happen to be in the area, we will definitely come back!
