Amazing experience. We have been today for the first time and all the details and the attention was perfect. The chef was really accurate explaining the product that they offer and was everything to us really amazing. We will repeat for sure!

It's amazing!! Every time I go to the chef's old restaurant La Grotta Andrea Funi I find a menu that is always updated according to the season, but above all, I always breathe the chef's love and enthusiasm for his "mission". Excellent service, lovely venue. P.S. Lunch or dinner on the beautiful terrace; not to be missed!!

Beautiful discovery of this restaurant, made by chance, while looking for a place to have lunch. For the dishes we chose, excellent food, with successful combinations of products. From the appetizer to the desserts it was all a discovery of flavours. Chef Andrea presented/described the dishes on the menu in detail, which allowed us to better understand which ones to choose. Congratulations also to be extended to all the staff.

We went to this restaurant as a family with our 10 year old daughter and all 3 of us truly enjoyed it. From the moment we asked for table reservation, Chef Andrea was in contact with us and gave clear information of the menu, special dishes and offers he has. But also transportation and other useful details were covered. Dinner itself was just prefect, good service and of course food too. I tried some special dishes of the week and they were amazing. Last but not least, prices are very fair, so if you are looking for a special fine dinning experience - do not hesitate to visit Andrea and his place! We visited this restaurant as a family with our 10 year old daughter and all three of us really enjoyed it! From the moment I booked the table, Chef Andrea contacted us and gave clear information about the menu, specials and offers he has. But also transportation and other useful details were explained. The dinner itself was simply excellent, good service and, of course, the food too. I tried some of the week's specials and they were amazing. A great family dining experience. We loved everything from anti-pastis to dessert. We let ourselves be guided in the choice of dishes by Chef Funi and we were right, it was a real delight! The wines are also very delicate and go well with the selected dishes. We return to Paris with a great experience and culinary address in the Bologna region!

If you are looking for a place where quality, attention to detail, courtesy, professionalism and passion for cooking come together, this is where you should come! I strongly suggest that you rely on the advice of Chef Andrea and his staff who will expertly offer you an experience suited to your needs. Surrounded by greenery but equipped with all comforts, the location is perfect for spending happy hours with the family taking advantage of top-level catering.

You don't go to the cave to eat, you go to have a taste experience. Chef Funi like Caronte takes you on a journey into the taste of local flavours. Abandon the idea of ​​"eating well"... here there is real catering! Hospitality, quality products and expert research! Our San Lorenzo dinner, with our little Lorenzo on the way, was special, knowing a good person who not only loves his job but loves life.

I almost never write reviews. I lack writing talent, but this time I really want to leave my kindest words for Chef Andrea and his team!  This meeting was extremely important for me and I carefully chose the restaurant.  The atmosphere, cuisine, communication with the amazingly attentive Andrea exceeded all my expectations. We were greeted warmly and told in detail about all the dishes. Each is a work of art. I really like passionate people who passionately love what they do. Varied menu, excellent portion sizes. The dishes are so delicately thought out to the smallest detail that after lunch we did not feel heavy or hungry! Excellent wine list, but we trusted Andrea's recommendations and were not mistaken. We liked the wine so much that we couldn’t resist and asked to sell us two bottles. I highly recommend this wonderful place with a clear conscience.  I'm sure you'll want to come back.
