Very good Pinza with crunchy and light sourdough dough. Old fashioned prices in the sense that for 3 of us with beer and a small appetizer we spent 50 euros. I'll be back!!!

We chose it because it was close to home and we were curious about the new look. It did not disappoint us, nice and welcoming environment. Really excellent pinse, as are the kebabs and the fried cheese. The orders and the service were carried out with great professionalism and friendliness by the girl who welcomed us. Also recommended for the good value for money.

Since it changed management, many things have improved, starting from the staff, prices and above all quality food, always fresh and genuine products, a renovated and very nice place. Congratulations to Daniele Spinelli and Patrizia di Serafino

Good and rich bruschetta, the pinsa alla Valtellina excellent and.....plentiful..., the sweet pizza in the Abruzzo average, coffee ☕️ of good quality and brand.... hear, hear the price 10 and praise.

Resilienza Bottega Ristorante

29/06/2025: Authentic but original flavors and combinations, all the dishes are well-balanced and appetizing. Entrées and small pastries offered are simply amazing. The service is courteous and helpful. In my opinion it is an unmissable stop if you are in Pineto but it is also worth a visit if you are in the adjacent towns. Proportionate prices, below the current ones in similar restaurants: we had appetizer, second course and dessert without wine, €42 per person.
28/06/2025: Not what we expected. Food doesn’t match with the environment and viceversa. Appreciated the efforts but I think the environment, the surrounding and the design of the restaurant itself inspires more to classical dishes other than what I have experienced. Service too formal, not engaging.
