Honest tavern a few steps from the Politeama theater. Parking is almost non-existent, you have to hope to find something in the internal alley or for a fee on the street. Small place, about thirty seats. Good food, few dishes on the menu, but friendly and overall fast service. Good prices.

Delicious homemade food. You can tell that it is made with local products and with taste. After having been to several restaurants in Catanzaro I can say that it is the best place to eat in the area.

Trattoria rustica, con un arredamento e uno stile che sono rimasti invariati nel tempo. La cucina è semplice ma gustosa, con delle porzioni a dir poco esagerate e ad un prezzo basso, forse fin troppo, ma non è una critica. Ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Unico neo i tempi di attesa abbastanza lunghi.

Alla difficile ricerca di un ristorante per cenare, ci siamo imbattuti in questo piccolo locale dall'aria un po' modesta nel cuore antico della città. Il gentile proprietario ci ha fatto subito accomodare e ci ha proposto un menù catanzarese comprendente diversi antipasti e il più tipico piatto locale: il morzeddu. Non posso descriverlo, so soltanto che ha allargato il mio orizzonte gastronomico enormemente. Un piatto più povero non esiste, ma la ricchezza e l'armonia dei sapori che contiene sono semplicemente uniche. L'ambiente è familiare, la moglie è l'eccellente cuoca. Ci è piaciuto al punto di tornare la sera successiva, per allargare maggiormente l'esperienza. Prezzi adeguati.
