Fassone beef (Piedmonte cow) tartare has a subtle taste and goes well with the Nebbiolo wine. Leek and cheese pie is flaky and tasty too. Overall a great place, great service too. Will come again.

I went to this restaurant overlooking the Basilica of Superga for a 🥳 graduation party. The menu is Piedmontese, very good, the veal with tuna sauce is exactly the old fashioned way, the staff is kind, worth trying.

It must be said that the service is impeccable and the staff's courtesy is truly appreciated. The atmosphere is beautiful and well-kept, but it's far too noisy, even in the dining room. The bathroom, when fully occupied, is really dirty, and since it was the only one, I found the queue unpleasant. The menu's culinary offerings are tempting, BUT the quantity is truly ridiculous, especially when compared to the price (see photos). The flavors are classic, but nothing I've ever eaten. Good wine selection.

Nice place, good food. A little too hot, even with the fans moving air, but they're static. I recommend fans with a rotating ring deflector in front of the propeller. They move air more effectively, or install lamps with integrated fans, which are trendy these days. Anyway, we'd be happy to return. Parking is limited and practically nonexistent...

09/10/2025: Delicious, 100% plant-based dishes. The agnolotti were special, as was the sushi. The only flaw in my dinner was the dessert. I had the tiramisu, and honestly, I didn't like it, but that's probably just personal preference. Highly recommended.

I often organize dinner with my usual group of friends to take us on an ever-changing culinary journey, sampling every type of meat. The service is sublime, expertly orchestrated by the owner, Diego. The wine cellar is also rich in variety and of the highest quality (we love the Verduno Pelaverga, which is always available, despite its niche appeal). Don't think too hard about what to order, but let their expertise carry you away into a whirlwind of unparalleled pleasure!
