Intimate and welcoming environment, with attention to every aspect. The menu is not long and dispersive, few dishes but well prepared.
However, perhaps I would have liked some local dishes (tortelli in broth or saffron rice or arancini are not really Apulian).

One word: spectacular. High quality dishes, everything fresh and excellent. Cozy and elegant environment. The visible wine cellar below is beautiful. Welcoming and accommodating staff. I highly recommend going there, at least once... but you will return.

At midday many restaurants in Martina Franca are closed. We came across this one by chance and we don't regret it: we ate some really excellent pasta there, particularly the zucchini, mint and parmesan pasta.
With a glass of local wine. And a friendly welcome. Very good address.

What a gem. Happily made room for us. Each dish was an experience. It was evident that the locals made this place their own so felt right at home. Not one to be rushed.
