Friendly staff and very convenient location. Sufficient breakfast, dinner with lots of variety. This time we got an uncomfortable bed.

Don't listen to the negative reviews... they are all false, it won't be a 5 star but if there is a problem they will solve it for you. Friendliness and kindness in everything, from the reception to the kitchen. It was the first time for me and my family and we will certainly return. Congratulations to all the staff. Paolo Salvo.

Very close to the Sanctuary, the employees are very friendly, I had a standard room in the attic, the toilet is located too far down the slope of the roof you have to be careful you can hit your head

We had a very pleasant week-long stay at the Colonne Hotel. The staff and the boss are very attentive. A taxi service took us from Bari airport and brought us back there when we left. The rooms are quite pleasant although a few hooks and storage spaces would be welcome both in the bedroom and in the bathroom. The bedding is impeccable. We also ate very well!! In summary, this hotel is absolutely recommended. grazie mille.

The room needs maintenance, for example painting, the hot tub, which is to say, very few jets, poor cleaning.
