Everything was always excellent as always, delicious food and courteous and competent staff, who immediately put us at ease having a 2 year old.
Every year it is a fixed stop.
The only flaw this year was the owner of the place who strangely totally snubbed us perhaps because of our trekking clothing (I think normal in the mountains in summer) but we were returning from a walk.

If you are curious to taste typical dishes of the Ladin tradition, this is one of the absolutely recommended places. Tasted onion and carne salada soup, and had the strauben with berries for dessert. Friendly staff and well-kept environment.

We stopped at the El Tobià restaurant only for lunch: they offer a menu full of choices (some even vegan!) and typical Trentino dishes. Excellent cuisine, delicious food and without too long waiting times. Extraordinary staff: always available, very kind and very approachable!

Excellent experience, knowledgeable and courteous owner, excellent cellar. The dishes are well prepared, the atmosphere is typical and the prices are correct in relation to the quality. We spent a wonderful evening.

In un venerdì di pioggia a Vigo, abbiamo deciso di provare questo ristorante.
Se da fuori già ti da l’idea di un tipico ristorante di montagna, dentro vi troverete in un ambiente magnifico. Davvero una meraviglia.
Poi si passa al personale: sempre sorridente, gentile, disponibile
Ottima scelta di vini
E ultimo, ma più importante , il cibo: paradisiaco! Ricchissima scelta, tipici piatti ottimi sia nelle pietanze che nella presentazione
Se torneremo in Val di Fassa, sicuramente torneremo a El Tobia

The typical restaurant is a must try. There are many high quality dishes on offer. The environment is particular, warm and welcoming. The prices are slightly above average, but the quality of the dishes and the service make up for it.

Typical restaurant of the area. Very friendly and nice staff. Polenta with mushrooms and roe deer highly recommended. I will definitely be back in the next few days of vacation

Tipico ristorante del posto con cucina tipica, un'atmosfera molto cordiale e caratteristica ma al tempo stesso elegante.
Il ristorante propone cucina tipica altoatesina, molto buoni i canederli ma abbiamo apprezzato molto anche il tagliere di salumi e formaggi tipici.
Conto nella media, servizio veloce e attento.
