Ristorante Thailandese Elefante Bianco In Carrara

After being in Thailand three months ago, we had dinner with a couple of friends at this restaurant. From the first taste, the authentic flavours, aromas and aromas took us back to our Thai experience, as if we had been teleported there again. If you want to taste real Thai cuisine, this is the right place. Absolutely recommended!

Excellent food from starters to desserts. Family atmosphere and very nice. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, we will definitely return.

Fantastic food (after all, there is a Thai chef in the kitchen), highly recommended for a true culinary experience among the exotic, sweet and sour and spicy flavors of Thailand. The room is quite small, but this is not a disadvantage, it feels very intimate and welcoming. At first glance, however, it seems like one of the many Thai restaurants.

Very welcoming, nice atmosphere, but poor heating, the dishes could have been hotter. Very good food, tasty and light. excellent price.

We went in at 8 for a dinner but despite the few people and the fact that we only ordered the first and second course we left without chatting at 11. I can say that the service time is very long and the waiter (the only one) is not very courteous. All the way good food

Great experience of real Thai cuisine! The place is very welcoming, the service was attentive, fast and attentive, which in itself is no small feat! The food in this restaurant is an explosion of flavors… To start we ordered the appetizers (4 types), all delicious and different. To follow I asked for the Kaeng khiaw WAN, green curry soup with coconut milk and chicken, with fresh Thai vegetables and spices, many of which they grew themselves...spectacular!! My husband ordered the Khae Phat Takhai, chicken sautéed with lemon grass and galangal, which was also excellent. Even though we would have liked to taste the whole menu, we concluded with a dessert of the coconut soy cake... well what can I say, I ordered it twice! The thing that strikes me about this restaurant is that all the dishes are rich in distinct flavours, the portions are generous, and that despite having eaten a lot I don't feel weighed down at all! Certainly the way of cooking, the use of steaming, spices and fresh vegetables also makes such rich dishes easily digestible. We will definitely be back as soon as possible!!! Unfortunately I didn't take photos because I concentrated on tasting everything well!!! 🤣
